The MasterCode handles challenging Run Flat and UHP tires with ease, ensuring every service is performed to the highest professional standards.
The MasterCode is equipped with a dual pneumatic bead breaker penetrator designed for maximum rigidity, efficiency, and precision. Dual opposed bead breaker discs with separately controlled cylinders deliver 1,641.1 lbf (7,300 N) of breaking force on both upper and lower beads. With a maximum bead breaking range of 19 inches, this system handles even the most stubborn tires with confidence.
Featuring automatic direct lubrication of both lower and upper beads, the MasterCode ensures maximum efficiency even with the most stubborn tires. Direct lubrication during dynamic bead breaking reduces friction and protects tire integrity, making difficult jobs significantly easier and faster.
Total control in all manual operations is provided by the freely adjustable mobile control console. Simple, quick, and intuitive controls make the manual cycle extremely user-friendly, allowing technicians to maintain full control and precision during specialized procedures.
The interactive multifunctional TFT-LCD TOUCH SCREEN interface with microprocessor control is the command center of the MasterCode. Featuring a USB port for software database updates and for loading files and videos, this advanced interface offers playback capability for demonstration videos, scheduled maintenance reminders, self-diagnosis, sensor state checks, and fault indication. The new intelligent electromechanical turntable features a patented wheel clamp system that's fast, simple, and reliable for all wheel types. With automatic clamping, 811 ft-lb turntable torque, and dual speeds of 7 rpm / 18 rpm, this turntable delivers the power and precision needed for professional tire service. The system comes equipped with additional specific flanges for versatile wheel compatibility.
The integrated fully articulated lifter features a 187.4 lb (85 Kg) maximum load capacity, making wheel handling safer and more ergonomic. This integrated system eliminates the need for separate lifting equipment and streamlines the tire changing process.
The bead depressor with adjustable working height features a depressor shape ideal for RFT (Run Flat Tire) applications. WDK homologated, this tool ensures safe and effective bead depression across a wide range of tire types.
Powered by a 2-speed inverter motor, the MasterCode offers second speed operation also available in reverse rotation mode. Torque control and a controlled acceleration curve safeguard tires during operation, ensuring smooth, precise performance. Requires 110V / 1PH / 50Hz power and 130 psi air.
The integrated "Inflatron" electronic inflator is an automated inflation and deflation system that permits automatic inflation of tires while the operator performs other tasks—optimizing time use and maximizing shop efficiency. Features include overpressure inflation for bead insertion, touch screen user interface, Bar, PSI, and kPa scales, and an end-of-cycle indicator.
The video camera provides a clear view of the lower side of the tire and can be activated at any time during operations. Images are recallable from the screen at any point during work, giving technicians enhanced visibility and control for precise tire service.

Limited Warranty
General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within 7 days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi USA agreement to repair a tire changer or balancer is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, implies or statutory, including any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner’s lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.
