Services Steel & Alloy Wheels Up to 24" in Diameter: The BL300 provides low-volume shops the opportunity to change the majority of OE fitments up to 24" in diameter externally. With internal clamping capability up to 26", you can handle a wide range of passenger car and light truck applications. Maximum tire diameter is 38" (965mm), with a max rim width of 10" (254mm). This makes the BL300 ideal for everyday wheel and tire service across most common vehicles.
Air-Powered Side Bead Loosener: The foot-controlled, air-cylinder-powered side bead loosener provides a direct line of sight for the technician, reducing the risk of wheel damage during bead loosening. The pivoting bead loosener shoe is protected by tire bumper guards, ensuring safe and efficient operation. The two-step operation — first loosen the bead, then mount/demount — keeps your workflow organized and straightforward.
Built-in Bead Sealing Jets: Quickly seal tire beads with the foot pedal operated bead sealing nozzles. These jets provide a quick blast of regulated air to expand the tire sidewall to the bead seat area of the rim, ensuring the inflated tire is seated correctly. HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants all BaseLine Tire Changers and Balancers described below to be fit for normal use and free from defects in materials and workmanship existing when these products leave the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.

This warranty shall not apply to any Hennessy product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, tampering, alterations, lack of maintenance, accident, or exposure to the elements.Failures due to electrical power surges, connecting to incorrect power source, compressed air supply contamination including rust, dirt, and/or excessive moisture, are not covered. This warranty shall not apply to machines used in commercial applications in a production environment. This warranty excludes regular maintenance required in the ordinary use of the products specified above, including replacement of items and supplies ordinarily used up, consumed or worn out during normal use. *Wear Items include but are not limited to wheel protectors, boots, booties, nylon mount/demount head,drive belt, grip max clamp inserts and bead loosener pads.
Warranty parts not replaced by a Hennessy Authorized Service Center must be prepaid and the failed part returned to Hennessy for inspection. Payment will be credited for parts found to be defective within the warranty period.
All warranties shall commence on the date of delivery to the first retail buyer or date placed into service, whichever is earlier. Further, all warranties apply only to defects in materials and workmanship existing when the product leaves the control of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC., which are discovered and reported to HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. within the warranty period specified above.
THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY for any breach of this warranty shall be the repair or replacement, at the option of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC., of any defective part or parts, per the above schedule.HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC. will not be responsible for loss of business or wages due to a product failure during the warranty period. This warranty extends only to the original using purchaser and isnot assignable or transferable either voluntarily or by operation of law. This warranty applies only to equipment sold and used in Canada and the United States (excluding U.S. possessions such as Guamand Puerto Rico). For equipment sold and/or used outside of Canada or the United States of America, no warranty is made or implied, except the warranty available by and through HENNESSY INDUSTRIES, INC.’s authorized importer/distributor in the country in which the equipment is used.

Correction of defects by repair or replacement shall be THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this warranty and shall satisfy all warranty obligations on the part of HENNESSY INDUSTRIES,INC.
