This advanced truck wheel balancer features a large 22" touchscreen with an intuitive interface, Smart Arm Plus automatic wheel measurement technology, and a next-generation low-speed balancing system designed for heavy-duty, light-duty, off-road, and passenger vehicle wheels. It also includes a wide rotating weight tray with a one-touch multifunction control button, Direct Positioning Assistance (DPA) with an electromagnetic brake for easier weight placement, and an integrated low-profile pneumatic wheel lift capable of handling wheels up to 300 kg for fast, ergonomic, and precise balancing operations.

The intelligent measuring system automatically detects wheel distance and diameters up to 30" and is equipped with the Fast Selection Program (FSP) and new LaserBlade pointer for faster, more precise balancing. The FSP automatically selects the correct balancing program, while the LaserBlade pointer enhances visibility and accuracy when locating the inner rim planes, helping optimize the overall balancing process..
The next-generation low-speed balancing system reduces spin times, minimizes risks associated with moving parts, and improves energy efficiency while delivering precise and reliable balancing results for heavy-duty, light-duty, off-road, and passenger vehicle wheels.
The rotating weight tray features multiple compartments for organized storage of counterweights and tools, while the integrated one-touch multifunction button allows quick program selection to improve workflow efficiency and simplify balancing operations.
The Direct Positioning Assistance (DPA) system automatically rotates the wheel to the exact correction position at the end of the balancing cycle, eliminating unnecessary intermediate stops for faster operation.
An integrated electromagnetic brake further improves efficiency by holding the wheel in place during cleaning and counterweight application, making wheel mounting and demounting easier and less physically demandin.
Adhesive counterweights can be applied in three different ways to match technician preference and workflow, including an ergonomic 5 o’clock position using the new Laser Line Pro pointer, manual placement at 6 o’clock, or traditional manual placement at the 12 o’clock position.

Limited Warranty
General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within 7 days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi USA agreement to repair a tire changer or balancer is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, implies or statutory, including any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner’s lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.
