Best Buy has a good selection of automotive lifts and other equipment. I have bought two lifts from them. Service and price were very good.

I was really torn between a 2 and 4 post lift until I did some measuring in the shop and realized that one post of a 2 post lift would be always in the way until eternity. I ordered the Nationwide PP-8HL (97"posts) 4 post mobile. Great call. Unloading the 2000lb lift with my tractor forks plus a Bobcat was very challenging so plan for that in advance if you go that route. Assembly was way simpler than I thought it would be. All the cables were pre-strung and other than the manual lock rods there was just bulk and not a lot fuss with the assembly. I used an engine hoist (cherry picker) to set the runways. Nicely packaged, only one sheared bolt (easy fix). The bolts for the manual lock (4) are NOT long enough, replace with 1 1/4" nylon lock nut works great. You can use compressed air to pull the slack from the cables if needed. From order to hoisting my Plymouth, about 2+ weeks. I got no complaints, nice people selling great products. I would order again. Amateur mech with shot knees.

I requested that I wanted an Atlas 9K two post lift ,but they said they we're unavailable. I was directed to the similar Auto Lift (k two post TP9KACX 2 post Asymmetric Lift by Max.(I believe that his name.) Seth @ Sigman Services was my installer as I just didn't want to install one, just use it. Seth and his partner did a great job, and made sure I knew how everything worked to use it, before they left. I believe both 2 post lifts works as well as the other. Very happy with lift. Sure beats laying on the ground. Don't know why I waited so long. Thanks!

Nothing missing but did have some paint damage in some places, no fault of them contacted them and they handled it through manufacturing for me and a very fast outcome. No reason to be mad at best buy automotive equipment for manufacturing default on top or atlas handled it with no problem I'm sure they could have done more to make me even more happier,but I got what I wanted and ordered and problems corrected. I had been researching lifts for my new workshop project for a long time and I kept landing back on Best Buy's website for multiple reasons. They seemed to have the best prices and the biggest selection. I was able to find the 2 post lift that exactly fit all my criteria (Atlas 9OHSC-SS). The ordering process was super easy. I ordered on a monday and the lift was at my local receiving dock on friday, even though my salesperson Jacob said it might take a few extra days because the closest warehouse to me was out of stock when I ordered. I was totally thrilled. Installation was not too bad. Instructions could have been a little better for a few steps and may have been more challenging for a complete novice. I've had a few cars up on the lift for service already with no issues. I would definitely recommend Best Buy Automotive to anyone!

Best Buy had the Atlas 9KOH lift in stock (Atlas did not) and it was less expensive than directly from Atlas. It was delivered nearly a full week earlier than promised by an experienced and helpful driver who, having delivered numerous automotive lifts, had helpful suggestions regarding unloading and handling. When a hydraulic hose failed, Best Buy put me in touch with someone at Atlas who handled the claim smoothly and quickly. I sent a photo via email of the faulty hose and a replacement was sent out promptly.

It took them about 3-3 1/2 to install. I’m glad I did not do this myself, the unit is large and quite heavy. They explained how it operated and cleaned up their mess. A few years ago I purchased an Atlas auto lift. This year I sold the car and the lift and purchased an Atlas motorcycle lift. I use it for my garden tractor, zero turn mower and many other projects in my shop. I have arthritis and both knees replaced, so it is a big help. The folks at Best Buy were great!

Took a little while to come in and get delivered. Also took time for installer to actually book the appointment. I had to call several times to check on it. But once I got the appointment the installer came right away and did an amazing job! He put it together in only a few hours and it worked perfectly. Very solid. I was able to park my full size tundra on top and then park another car underneath with my 12 foot ceiling height...very happy. It also has lots of room and access to work on anything under the car. Highly recommend.

I ended up need customer service after buying a two post lift. I ended up talking with Bernie who I feel went above and beyond. I has missing some parts and when I called, he went straight to the source and had my delivery on the way. He emailed and called several times a day, making sure I knew what was happening and when my stuff was on the way. I was then handed off to the source who had my missing parts on the way in a day. I was really happy.

Customer service was great. Talked to a real person. Knew what was in stock and how long shipping would be. The only thing that was off was I was supposed to receive a 24 hr. Notice of delivery which didn’t happen. (Freight company issue) but best buy auto provided tracking that was spot on so I was ready. The biggest bummer was not enough details of unit. I would have codes a different model if I knew it did not have a central lock release lever. Also, there were no provided instructions. I was able to get from manufacturer online but they were absolutely horrible. Bad explanation. Photos all out of focus. Wiring instructions were completely erroneous. Again not really Best Buy’s issue but made install challenging.

this is a 4 post nationwide nw 4 8kplus car hoist it was pretty easy to put together. ramp with cylinder is very heavy. could have had 4 people instead of 3 i had help for 2 hours to put posts and runway on then did the rest myself. all done with cars loaded next morning so far very happy with it

When I ordered the lift I began to have concerns about the process because of how easy it was. Jacob was the person I was dealing with and he was very helpful. I had questions about delivery and installation and he said he would call me back. He actually did in about an hour. I live in Phoenix AZ and they have a warehouse there that had the lift I wanted and an installer that lived less than a mile from my home. The installer came with the lift in 3 days and he and his helper installed it in 3 1/2 hours. Everything works well and I am extremely happy.

I was very pleased with the customer service before and after my purchase. The knowledge of everyone involved helped make getting this lift and getting it assembled. One suggestion is to put together a better illustrated parts breakdown to include better pictures and nomenclature (use industry descriptions).

Ultra cooperative sales office in California was able to locate the Atlas four post lift I wanted in Phoenix. Coordinated the transaction and went and picked it up. A quality product and not that difficult to put together - provided you also have an engine hoist. Pre-routed cabling was a godsend! Works like a champ.

Checked lots of others. Some didn't bother to return a message or call. Best Buy cuts all the crap and made things simple. Picked up at authorized warehouse. THE WAREHOUSE could have been more courteous, but Best Buy has no control over them. Great product, only wish I had bought this years ago WELL pleased with this lift. Can still use as a nightly parking place and enter/exit car with ease. I'm very happy with the way the lift works

I purchase the 2 post 9000lb Asymmetric car lift AL2-9K-ACX in Sept 2021 for residential use. Overall very happy with the lift. It fit my 12ft 144' ceiling height perfectly. Installation requires careful following of instructions in manual plus a video I found on line for all the key details. Manual is not perfect so you need both the manual, video and common sense to fill the gaps. For example neith the video or the manual did a very good job of showing the routing of the hydraulic hose, They provided good clues, but did not explain how to keep the hoses from getting cut on sharp edges. After studying this dilemma a while I discovered large diameter rubber grommets in part kit, that are not defined anywhere in the manual or in video. I deburred the holes and inserted grommets and hose and now I can sleep better at night. Tensioning the cables is not as bad as it may appear. The video showed one arrangement for one bolted end vs the manual. Both methods will work but I choose the video method over the manual. Manual and video do not do a good job of routing the switch cable and power cable, so be careful here and do not make bad assumptions or guesses. I am an electromechanical engineer so I stepped through this wiring very carefully and got it right. If you do not understand the principles of AC wiring get an electrician. It is not complicated, just a bit confusing and a mistake can be expensive with warranty voiding. One thing to point out here is that the 2 switches including overhead bar, are in series run the full pump current/power through them. Very happy with lift performance in my garage. One note on the purchasing, I was unfortunate to have delayed in 2021 to make the purchase and as a result the shipping costs kept escalating due to the ocean container cost craziness. This delay cost me >$1000 on the pricing, ugh. However I am still happy with the decision to get it. One other thing, working with Best Buy Automotive team was very easy. When I had questioned they provided quick and accurate information. They were especially helpful with suggestions on how to get this unloaded off the delivery truck at my house.

Delayed like 45 days resulting from Covid and overseas manufacturing, nothing related to BestBuyAuto. Once BestBuyAuto got the word from the warehouse I had my lift within five days - was amazing how fast the fright line processed my shipment. Had a few minor shipping scrapes that BestBuyAuto processed quickly, sent a whole can of touch up paint and a new label. If I had anything for improvement it would be how the manufacturer packs the lift - they need to wrap in like a thin wood and then the plastic wrap , just to many forklifts touching these all the way from overseas to the end user. But, all in all, received great customer support and response from BestBuyAuto. I would definitely recommend them.

Best Buy Automotive Equipment had competitive prices, nice variety of lifts and were very highly rated for service. I've experienced the whole gamut of service quality over the years but the Best Buy staff really dazzled me with this transaction. I placed the order over the phone and about three days later I got a call from the local shipping company that it had arrived & was ready for pickup. I brought it home and during assembly found a minor casting defect in a small part & notified Cosmo Paulsen at Best Buy. Cosmo advised that he would process a replacement part immediately. There was a minor issue with the address on the shipment of the replacement item but even that didn't delay the quick arrival of the part. Cori Diaz of Best Buy was in constant communication with me to ensure I received the item quickly. This was one of the most efficient and enjoyable online transactions I've ever made and it was due to the courteous and devoted staff at Best Buy Automotive Equipment.

I purchased my lift with the agreement to pick it up at one of their shipping locations. The next day it snowed and it snowed on and off for almost a month making it very risky for me to pick it up with my trailer. The company was very understanding and told me to take my time, they would keep it safe and dry until I felt comfortable coming for it. When I did pick it up, it was securely packaged for transport and they loaded it on my trailer. Great customer service, and I am very happy with the quality of the product for what I paid for it.

Received my 4 post hobby lift, on time, no damage. Assembly a little bit a challenge. Directions are not very good for a first time assembly. Cable layout very vague. Trial and error. Took about 2 days to complete. Recommend having some sort of lift to pick up heavy parts. Once complete, the lift works perfectly, a great asset for any shop/garage.

The customer service was exceptional. While in the market for a residential shop lift, the sales representative was very helpful in helping me decide on what was the best lift for my application. I decided on the Nationwide Lift and have not been disappointed. After the lift was installed 5he installer said they could not connect the wiring. Cosmo in customer service was fantastic and had me up and running in no time.

Overall, very satisfied. First, Best Buy was easy to work with. They did quote me a higher price first time I called, but when i called back and asked them to match a competitors price, they got within $50 bucks, so I ordered right then. The Lift I ordered shipped out a few days later, and this is where it got frustrating. It went to a terminal less than 2 hours from my house, and sat there for almost a week! NO fault of Best Buy.....simply the freight company was slow moving! Finally, after several online chat sessions with YRC freight, it arrived in good condition. Now the lift.....AMGO OHX-10H: I wanted a lift with additional rise height, and most other lifts only offered additional overall height. I am 6’3″ tall, and was tired of squatting under lifts! This lift goes about 75″ to the BOTTOM of the arms, which means I can walk under the arms without bumping my head! I absolutely love this! The lift seems to be of good quality overall, welds look pretty good, and it certainly meets the needs of the weekend warrior/hobbyist. Now if I was buying this for a dealership where it would get used 8+ hours a day, I don’t know if this would be my choice, but time will tell about the durability/reliability of the components. The things that could be improved? -Instructions. They’re OK, but thats about it. Better pics, better ways to identify what bolts go where, etc., would be helpful. Some things were trial and error, but overall, if you’re halfway mechanically inclined, you’ll figure it out easily. However, I should mention that ALL lift reviews I’ve read, regardless of brand, complain about the lack of good instructions. This is not isolated to Amgo, and goes all the way to the premium Rotary lifts! -I would like to see better hose protection, or more of the guides that hold them in place. Just think it would help long term. Aside from these small issues, everything went pretty smooth. I will begin using it this week, and see how it goes, but initial impressions are great overall! Good Job Amgo, clean up those instructions, and you got a real winner here!

The price, ordering process and receipt of the BendPak lift earns 5 stars. The only issue is the lift was shipped with two incorrect hydraulic fittings. To Best Buy Automotive Equipment's credit, they opened a trouble ticket with BendPak the same day I notified them of the issue. BendPak called me for clarification on the fittings. I had sent in pictures provided by the installer showing the incorrect fittings that go between the hydraulic hoses and cylinders. It has been a week and have not heard back from BendPak and the installer has not received the correct fittings. I'm totally satisfied with Best Buy Automotive Equipment. Depending on how long it takes to receive the correct fittings will determine how satisfied I am with BendPak. Note: The installer told me the fittings are unique and does not know where he can obtain them from anyone other than BendPak.

Purchase a Belair compressor. I was told it might get shipped before Christmas and that I would receive an email with the tracking info. The compressor arrived at my house Christmas eve. My salesman clearly answered all my questions. Advised about taxes, (none) and shipping costs. Estimated delivery which was accurate. The auto lift, Atlas, 9 ton, certified was much heavier than expected. The crating was angle framed and solidly supported. No damage other than a detail scrapped. The lift was easy to install. My son and I took our time determining the perfect location for us, leveled, anchored and assembled the lift. Manufacturer instructions pretty good but not great. We applied epoxy cement to the provided wedge anchor for added grip. Was the lift 3-5 times so far. Works great, no complaints yet. Love it so far.

I've wanted a car lift for many years for storing and maintaining vehicles and finally pulled the trigger with Best Buy. I shopped for just the right model and price before choosing Best Buy. They were very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and concerns. Assembly took some time, but the overall results were well worth it.

I bought an auto lift brand 4 post lift from best buy. Sale was short and simple, price was right, and follow up for pick up instructions was great. The only issue i would say is the independent warehouse that stocks the lifts in mass does not have an overhead door just loading docks so it was quite the operation to get it out of the building, out over the loading dock, and safety onto a fork lift in the POURING rain. the guys were great and awesome to deal with but their boss needs a better plan. All said I would definitely order from best buy auto equip. again, AND go to he same warehouse, they went above and beyond.

I needed a turnkey automotive lift where I didn't want to ship the unit or have to rent equipment to unload a trailer or shipping truck, and I wanted installation. Best buy found a contractor 40 minutes away that received my lift from the warehouse, delivered it, and then set it up. The salesman was no pressure and helped me find the best lift for my needs. He was prompt, and responsive after I told him I needed shipping and installation. The installation contractor provided was professional, and they can also provide future service or repairs for my lift. I am extremely happy with the lift so far. The buying experience has been outstanding. Only one other company had a similar quality lift that offered shipping and installation, but it was much further to ship. I am completely satisfied given my constraints for a turnkey project where the price was also the best.

After most likely what was years browsing, I purchased a Bend Pak lift from Best Buy Auto Equipment. The sale was easy and I was phoned to confirm a few things about the order. First time ordering from Best Buy Automotive Equipment from Texas, got a pipe bender from them and let me tell you that you can't get a better deal and service other than what this company offers. From the start I called to get information and the guys at BBAE helped me solve all my doubts, when it came to ordering the machine they also made sure I got the right delivery address and even made sure I got a way to get it off. The time delayed for delivery was expected with everything going around and other companies had a longer wait period for delivery (and higher prices). After they give you the tracking # you can check where the equipment is at and the company they work with to deliver also made sure I knew the machine was on its way. The packaging (cardboard) was damaged and I had to inspect everything was ok (which the driver was ok with and as soon as I call to let the guys at BBAE they quickly told me what to do since i was missing 3 tools), as soon as I notify them they send a report and sent those 3 parts really quick. Long story short I am glad I choosed them and would keep making business with them.

I called looking for a lift the first person I talked to was able to point me to the four post lift, I ask a few questions as did he and he directed me to the exact lift I needed to fit my needs. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable of their products and also guided me to a second two post lift that fit the criteria I was looking for a future purchase. As I said he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well as made some good suggestions. I will be calling them again in the future and will highly recommend them if asked. He gave a delivery time frame and my lift was delivered as promised within the time frame.

Really enjoyed the experience. The delivery guy was very friendly and I had all the arrangements done for delivery. Installation was pretty straight forward and with the manual and youtube was able to do all my research prior to lift install. There were a few retainer nuts that fell off in shipping but they were in the tower and I retrieved them all. Great experience.

Ordered Pro8000 EXT-L over the phone after researching online Lift arrived within a week as stated by their shippers tracking I noticed some damage when unpacking, took a couple of photos and contacted Best Buy. I've bought a good bit of equipment in my time and I have to say the lifts I bought are of excellent quality and are nice looking items to boot. The price point was more important now more that ever since I've retired and I'm very pleased with the value per dollar spent. Over the years I've paid significantly more and gotten a lot less from other vendors. When I need more equipmet I'll be looking here first.

I have ordered an auto lift from Best Buy Equipment in the past. It was a good experience. This review is for the recent order for a four post lift. I purchased the lift with a 3500 LB sliding jack. The guys on the phone re very helpful and the price that I paid for the lift with shipping was good. When I received the lift it had some damage that had occurred during shipping. Customer service was quick at resolving my issue and I installed my lift and have been enjoying it ever since. I will purchase another lift from them in the future.

2 post asymmetrical lift I originally attempted to purchase a symmetrical lift, but due to it's nearest storage location, the shipping would have been a few hundred dollars more expensive. The salesman phoned me and explained this and the difference between the two lifts, which were the same price. He changed my order for me and made the experience great. Lift came packaged vertically with a rack made of angle iron. Easy to handle by a forklift and easy to disassemble. DO NOT have this thing shipped to your house unless you have a forklift. I thought about it. I thought wrong. I had it delivered to a shipping company's dock about 45 mins away. Pulled up with my 16' trailer and they easily loaded it. At home, I disassembled the shipping assembly in about 30 mins and the next day 5 friends showed up to help me install it. With a few guys, you don't need heavy equipment. 8' step ladder, roto hammer and hand tools. I would definitely buy again from these folks if/when I move and have to build a garage again for my home.

I have as yet had the time to install our purchase. I purchased two four post lifts. When I ordered on line I had a salesman actually call me on line to see what I was going to use the lifts for. He also explained the lifts I had ordered were several weeks, if not Months out and steered me to the lifts I ended up purchasing. I can say when we received them I was surprised at the construction of the lifts, they appear to be of better quality than we expected. We will be installing them in the next week.

Product is exactly what was advertised. With the help of a friend we had it unpacked and ready for assembly in no time. Up and running shortly thereafter. Suggestion, the lift is great but most of us private party restorers don't really need a four ton capable lift. If you can find a good lift that is 2.5 to 3.0 ton rating with a lower price, you might find you will have a lot more customers. Several of my friends are interested, but feel a 4 ton lift is overkill.

My 4 post lift was delivered without incident to a local freight depot from which I had it transported to my garage. With the help of a few friends, and an engine hoist, the installation went smoothly. All of the parts and fasteners were accounted for which made assembly a breeze. I am still waiting on the caster and jack tray for the lift which has been on backorder for about a month from Dannmar. The hoist works very well and my two car garage is now very functional as a three car garage.

We bought our a/c recovery and charging machine from Best Buy Automotive. The salesman on the phone was very helpful, the price was right, and the machine came promptly and is working out perfectly for us.

I bought a nationwide 9000lbs lift from best buy, they are a great company to buy from...at any time I needed tech support for help set up the lift, they always answered the phone and I talked to a real person from the states. Cosmo was great and very knowlegable. The owners manuals are a little sketchy, that's why I had to call, but overall, I would buy from them again.

Bet Buy auto was good but the freight co (Salal) was crapy

no issues with best buy equipment the shipper on the other hand did not know how to unload a lift and caused minor damage.

The lift went together without any proublems, and it's working great. The only surprise was a 10" snake , that was a live, in the ramp with the ram . Poor little thing was taped to a piece of cardboard.

Have purchased two 4 post lifts, both delivered without issue. Top of the line Ranger tire changer last summer, no problem. Had no second thoughts about buying a really nice Hoffman tire balancer this summer. All at competitive prices too.

I'm very happy so far with this lift, the AL2-9K-ACX. It's in my personal garage and doesn't see daily use, but it makes my maintenance tasks much easier. I've used it to work on everything from a Miata to a small sport ute to a 1-ton pickup. It lifts them all with ease. Pickup was easy, in and out in just a few minutes. I did have an issue with missing pieces in the load out, but that was quickly resolved by the folks at the customer service center. Assembly was easy, the directions were clear and easy to follow.

Received the lift I ordered in good condition and assembled it in a day. The instructions could of been better, corralation of the parts on the parts list to images, using numbers or letters, but all in all it's fairly straight forward for assembly. May have been partially due to the images, weren't as clear as they could have been, a little grainy on the blowup.

I Purchased two four post lift's just for extra storage space for my collector cars and for the price, these lifts can't be beat. I gave five stars based on I knew what I was getting into and for the purpose I needed these lift's but if you are looking for these basic 8000 pound four post lift for a business I would not recommend them, and again not because it's A bad product but it's lifting and stable abilities are limited but are definitely fine for what I needed them to be. All in all it was a great experience, easy to install, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks Jeff M

Very pleased. However, a few changes where needed for me. I have a 2006 Goldwing. Not enough clearance going on to lift table. Added 17 in. to extend length to 37 in. Perfect here now. Adding 8 1/4 in to lift table to increase length to 92 1/4 in. This will bring the center of rear wheel forward so it is not even end of lift table when placed on center stand. Also i reinforced the wheel stop at the front; placed a little force when bumping into pulling on lift table and it bent. Made side panels which are very helpful and needed ( I believe you do offer these to customers). Thank you and I would recommend this ramp to others.

Best Buy was easy to work and the people on the phone were very knowledgeable of the products and financing processes. The item was delivered as scheduled. I would suggest giving feedback to Danmar on the packaging of the lift. All showed up in good condition, except for one of the runways. With their packaging, the runway in question was the bottom of the packaging, upside down, so the forklifts, at factory, shipping terminal and destination, scratched the powder coating severely. I will have to touch it up with spray paint to ensure no rust develops. This could have easily been prevented with a sheet of metal or other durable material strapped to the runway surface as protection.

I was hesitant after reading blogs of others saying you had to buy one of the "mainstream" names or it wasn't safe. I picked up at the warehouse cause I don't have a forklift. The guy there loaded carefully and was a big help getting it strapped and safe. I assembled mine myself with one helper and although the printed instructions could be better, found a YouTube video (I think from the company) that made it easy. But the parts are heavy duty, great welds and the lift works real good. Unless its your daily job, I see no reason to not go with this company and the great price. I'm an ex mechanic who worked under lifts for years

This is the second item purchased from Best Buy Automotive. Took some time putting the lift together. Had issues making it function but called technical support after a long weekend of frustration. I had one corner that would not come down. I quickly learned what the problem was, just needed to put some weight in that corner and the auto lock would not then lock up. Problem solved.

Instruction manual was deficient! We lost a week, between electrical and post positions not being clear. Needed the lift immediately; self-installation was quite problematic, but the electrical people finally filled in what was MISSING from the paper manual which accompanied the DANNMAR 10 WE FINALLY GOT THIS EMAIL FOR THE ELECTRICAL, which if we had it in the manual would have saved us an entire WEEK's available operations! Jack ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT EMAILED US AS FOLLOWS: (we plan to make this a part of our new Manual - duh!) Here is the wiring diagram for the D10. There are 2 wires (black and white) coming from the wall which are your hot leads. Green is your ground. The black cable from the wall connects to the black cable on the motor. (L2) You’ll then take the white cable and run it up the post and connect to the common on the microswitch then run it down to the non common and come down then connect to the white cable of the motor. We purchased a 2 post vehicle lift. They were very helpful in helping us choose the correct one for our needs as well as explaining exactly what we would need to install it. Very pleased with purchase. Next day pickup was arranged and I sent a crew with a one ton truck and a 16ft 6000lb rated trailer. We were ask several times both verbally and in email correspondance about safely transporting the load. (No solo truck would be loaded) The unit fit perfectly on the trailer. They verified correct binding of load before allowing my crew to leave the yard. We broke down the package while on the trailer and moved pieces into shop. Assembled by instructions in about 4hrs with a three man crew and myself. Adjusted lift and blead lift cylinder. Simply love it! All my vehicles except the one ton Dooley fit the lift.

The whole process was smooth going and painless. The salesman was so polite and knowledgeable with product. He was also so precise and accurate about the arrival of lift and how to take delivery of such a heavy and large product..

We got our new lift, set it up and the hydraulic ram leaked from a pinched seal. I called up Best Buy Automotive Equipment and they got me in touch with the company that makes the lift. I spoke to James at that company he had me do a couple of tests to see if the seal would seal up the leak. When it didn't he ordered me a new ram on Friday and I had it Wednesday the next week and now the lift works great.

The ordering/buying process was really smooth. It did take a little bit to get here, but lift came as expected. The only thing I have had a small issue with was the table lock. With heavier things on the lift, the rh side of the lock would pop out of the notch. To fix this problem the notches should be ground out to make them a little deeper.

Lift was delivered as advertised fairly easy installation.Recommended to friends one of which has also purchased a lift. No complaints except nice paint job which was scratched by trucking service.

The guys showed up when they said they would, and had the assembly done in 4 hours, as promised. Gave me a demonstration; and the do's and do nots, of operating the lift. Launch 9k 2 post, First off it arrived unharmed from shipping, it was pack very good. Your going to need friends or a forklift if plan to move after it's off the truck. Once home and unpacked you go right for the directions and let me tell you if you don't know much about these things good luck the directions they are very limited. Once laid out and drilled 2 of us stood them up and bolted down, ran cables and hoses bolted the rest together and done. Wiring was left, could of used a longer leads from controls so expect to open it up and rewire. So with that said only those little things. Working great so far. Overall very happy.

Delivered by Estes trucking to my sons work place, driver was rude and wanted the lift off his truck instantly. Other than that the lift went together pretty smoothly, although better up to date assembly instructions from Dannmar would have helped.

Bought a bendpac lift had no problems they shipped where and when they were supposed to, haven't installed completely but so far so good

I got quick shipping and on time. The lift is a pleasure to use and relatively easy to install. Any self respecting DIY'er can do it. Some details I would make better but it works well and lifts my cars with no problem. I do, however, use jacks stands under the car or arms of the lift for an extra safety measure and to stabilize the car while it is up.

First off the lift arrived very quickly. On arrival it looked undamaged. It was packaged nicely bolted together. When unpacking it we found several lose bolts, nuts, and washers. Luckily they were lying in the bottom tray because they were needed later on. As far as assembly the instruction manual isn't as detailed as it should be. Thank goodness for utube. After watching some assembly videos the manual made more sense. Took me and my son about 2 hrs to assemble it and 3 hrs to adjust it. Overall I think it's a great deal for the money.

I ordered a Danmar 4 post lift delivered to my home which is my workshop and it was delivered within a reasonable period of time. The only problem I had was unloading it from the high top container truck because it was put length wise into the container and difficult to unload but the driver was patient and professional in helping to do so . I would suggest for deliveries to be on a low bed trailer instead. My recommendations remains in high regards for reasonable pricing ,quality and professionalism , thank you kindly Chris.

Great lift for a great price, one of the hydraulic hoses sustained some chafing damage during shipping. the company responded immediatly by sending a replacement hose. install was straight forward with most of the lift pre-assembled. just be sure you have enough concrete under the lift to support it.

My BendPak HD-9 arrived on time and well packed. Wish I would have bought one years ago. The Thing works great. The carrier forklift operator picked it up from the wrong end without a wood block on the tine tips and scratched the runway a bit but I guess i can live with that.

OK, I am a car nut and I needed to start stacking cars. I was overwhelmed at first. Prices and product overload. I got both from Best Buy and a few other firms. I purchased a 4 post lift, was an easy purchase and bestbuy was great to deal with, the shipping company however was horrible so request it NOT be yrc. They didn't even call me to say they could not make it to our scheduled appointment meanwhile they made me clear my day Monday and rent a fork lift to unload the lift,the did show up on Tuesday so I had one more missed day of work and fork lift rental. Upon calling yrc to see what they could do seeing as I paid $300 for shipping they told me sorry nothing we can do for you. On the other hand Best Buy who did nothing wrong (Anthony) to be exact was a huge help and did all he could to help out. Bestbuy is highly recommended by me.

The lift is very well made. The post are made in China to my disappointment although the rest of it appears to be USA made. The delivery was fast maybe 7 to 10 days. I needed a fork truck rental 300 buck so plan on that. Packaging was great except it wasn't thick enough around the post. One post had some scrap marks but I will repainted that side. The install was fairly easy two or three people a must it took us 2 days to be up and running. Works very good no problems at all I would recommend.

I purchased the auto rotisserie to assist in restoring a vehicle I had purchased a few years ago. I was hesitant to purchase this item because I don't really plan on restoring any more vehicles. But it did come to mind that the rotisserie could be used for more than rotating a car. It was very easy to assemble. Adapters for a unibody can be a problem depending on type of unibody vehicle you are attaching to. In my case I had to fabricate additional adapters to attach to the rotisserie. The best price I could find for a brand new rotisserie with adapters.

The whole experience was good. The only problem is that the small screw holes are not threaded well and being metric and this being America, I had to re tap the small holes to 1/4" and replace the screws. Other than that small problem it was all very simple. Also a better schematic on how to connect the overhead safety switch, which with one call the schematic was in my in box before I got off the telephone. No complaints about this product, just suggestions for the above: better screw holes and a proper schematic.

Everything about the lift is great except for the instructions. They need a lot of work and a lot more pictures You know one picture=a thousand words. Illistrations are critical when putting these lifts together.

I have a ranger 3 ton B/4 I purchase this new one that does not have the rubber lift pad or the knob on top of the lift bar. Very impressed with the older model just hope this new one performs just as well. I use this product to lift my tractor and a one ton dump truck while performing required service. company has good products at a fair price but the loading charge is way to hi. i spend $2200.00 on a car lift and was charge to have it loaded on to my trailer with a fork lift. it takes about 2 min. to load. charge was $50.00 WAY TO HI.

I purchased a Auto Lift Car-Park-8. I was able to pick it up at the Palmetto location. Through email and ordering to pick up, everyone was very helpful. The lift weighed a ton when I went to get it off the trailer, but it was unloaded with help. The lift is together and looks very well made, however, the instructions were HORRIBLE. I looked at online and paper sketches in order to put it together. The instructions were very short. Running the cables was a challenge, saying, install the cable while the main is upside down as in diagram... But, the diagram is the part right side up if you don't catch it by looking and thinking about where it will be when you flip it over. The lock release, install these as per diagram... There has got to be a better way to do it other than to say, look at this diagram to put it together. Other than that, I am happy with the lift.

Could benefit from a bit more communication on shipment date, expected delivery date, but otherwise flawless transaction.

Best Buy Auto Equipment was great but the Bend Pac lift did not work once installed. The motor was bad right out of the box. We are now waiting for a new motor and installation.

From purchase to finance things moved very smooth and quick. Had a couple of bobbles, ordered a lift, tire balancer, and tire changer combo with a free oil drain, it was invoiced as me buying the lift and oil drain without the tire balancer and tire changer as a combo. Then needed to request a copy of the corrected invoice. Had an issue with the motor on my air compressor. The motor was miss manufactured and burned up and had issues getting a replacement motor as the tech for that company gave me the wrong email address to send a picture of the motor which delayed the replacement by 3 days. I have spent $40 to have the faulty one checked and then have the pulley changed over.

Very happy with the lift a quality product

The car dollies were delivered very quick. Undamaged and in great condition. Minor issue was the operating label on each one had come off. Guess they were cold and the adhesive never got a chance to work. The adhesive got bits of Styrofoam all over them so they won't stick. Not a big deal. The dollies work great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality piece. The others that I looked at use thinner steel and won't hold up like these. They get 5 stars.

I ordered a car storage lift and it was delivered 2 days later. The customer service was awesome and the delivery and set up team was fast and efficient. They arrived a little later than originally scheduled but they called hours before and let me know they would be showing up a few hours late. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Once the lift was set up they showed me how to use it and helped us lift one of the vehicles I had in storage. I highly recommend Best Buy Automotive.

First lift purchase was a bit disappointing in that it was 5 weeks from the time of ordering until the lift arrived at the local terminal. This time however the lift arrived within a week. I realize shipping issues are more against the carrier and Bendpak than Best Buy so I give them 5 stars. At this time I cannot give a full review of my recenty purchased lift. I have been extremely busy and the lift is on the shop floor just as it came off the truck. I did notice some rather unsightly scratches which occurred during shipping. I did not feel this was cause to decline delivery as I am sure some touch up paint will remedy this. I can say I paid through the online checkout and the delivery was fast considering the product came from California to Atlanta in the same week. some things in instructions need clearer pictures and or writin instructions you can figure them out but you shouldnt have to but as awhole very good product

I bought two lifts, one is together, assembled by myself, a floor jack, a come-along and a gantry type crane that was not tall or wide enough. I don't recommend this method but I wanted to see what was what at my own speed. If the salesperson had brought to my attention that there were no drip pans included I may have purchased a few, now I think I'll fab some myself. Also If a person is buying two lifts at the same time they might be asked if they could get along with one set of ramps or caster sets! All said the lifts do meet my high standards and the one that is together has a Studebaker on it and an Airflow underneath and I have left-over fasteners that don't go anywhere.

Ordered a four post lift. Came on time with no problems. Only issue I had was trying to get ahold of tech service, they were hard to get ahold of but when you did they solved the problem. Still missing my free flashlight :)

I purchased a automotive lift and it was supposed to be delivered to my residence, I rebuild old cars as a hobby and am getting to old to crawl underneath car, and then was told by the shipping company that they could not deliver it without a fork lift. I replied to them that most residences do not have a fork lift but I was able to pick it up with a trailer. BestBuy was fantastic and offered me a oil change can and I was very happy and will continue to deal with this company in the future.

We had a very narrow space to build our new garage and outfit it with an auto lift. We researched and found that Best Buy Auto Equipment had the best prices and a lot of selections for our residential lift. When it came time to purchase and install we had a time crunch and were concerned that it would take a long time for it to get here and install. BUT when we called to order, we spoke with a great associate who surprised us by getting it to us in 2 days fully installed! This was right before the Holidays too! The installers were great, efficient, and showed us how to operate it until we were comfortable with it. It works great! Best money spent for installation and the lift! The lift arrived in good condition and on time. started the installation called a few times the instructions are vague need to rewrite them. Most lift's are professionally installed. after starting the installation I found one locking dog bent called best buy explained the problem and without question sent the parts received them in three days. The lift works as advertise well built and stable. I would recommend Best buy to my friends.

I had been watching a car lift that Best Buy Auto was offering and finally emailed them about the cost of shipping to me. They responded promptly by offering a better lift which included free shipping. At first I thought this was some sort of bait - switch and upgrade. I purchased the Dannmar 12,000 lift which arrived via truckline. Everything was in one tight convenient package. I knew ahead of time that I had to provide the electrical connection, but learned that I also had to connect the kill switch when the installers arrived. After receiving my package, everything was there and it was what I expected. I charged the unit and didn't have a opportunity to test it yet. I believe it will perform as advertised. I like the ODBII memory saver, which Rockford was the only jump starter company that had one available. The only accessory/adapter I wish Rockford didn't include was a 12 volt socket. There are many items such as handheld spotlight, auto air compressor, anything that runs on 12 volts. Other than that oversight, I think this is a great product. Best Buy Auto Com. was very helpful with my phone order.

Best Buy Automotive Equipment offered a great price on the Bendpak HD-9 four post automotive lift. The online transaction was smooth and shipping was prompt. I also ordered the Bendpak HD-9 caster kit (well made). I didn't realize the caster kit was shipped separate from the lift so I emailed Best Buy Automotive to find out on the caster shipment. Their response was almost immediate and they gave me the tracking number on the casters. The casters arrived the same day as I had made the inquiry. Overall a great experience making a major purchase.

The lift went together fairly easy and once I made adjustments to the locking bars it operates smoothly. My only comment would be that the locking linkage was a little flimsy. I wish the rods and connections were a little beefier. In c losing I am very satisfied with the lift and feel it is a great lift at a great price.

My part was a replacement fog-light that fit like the original. Delivery was quick and the light was carefully packed. Excellent purchase experience!

Just got my new lift going about a week ago.everything showed up fine and on time.I have only lifted about five cars thus far.but everything seems to be working fine installation was relatively simple.only complaint is wiring on motor could have been a little longer to make wiring a 220 switch and locating it easier without an extra splice.but great people to deal with.would definitely recommend any one to best buy auto equip.

Purchase was easy. Delivery was 1 week. Product was just as advertised. Assembly instructions were a little lame but easy enough to figure out. I have not used it yet but it's not high tech and all the welds look solid so confidence is high.

I bought a super weekend car, but had no room in the garage and I created a real problem. A car buddy said I should come over and see the lift he got installed from Best Buy. I saw this as my solution, but I wanted to make sure that the lift would fit in my garage. I was introduced to Tony the installer and arranged to have him swing by and take measurements. Sure enough my roll up garage door was unnecessarily installed 20 inches from the ceiling. Tony recommended a garage guy who fixed that matter in 2 hrs. I purchased the lift from Jr. at Best Buy and I made sure I was home to watch the installation. It is how professionally Tony and his helper installed the heavy unit that is high point of this post. They set up their tools like doctors conducting surgery. They move like dancers working together and their dance did not stop until the installation was complete. Wow! I recommend Best Buy and their crew. I have enjoyed my new toy in the garage.

I had been looking at 4 post lifts for some time. When I had finally made my choice but prior to committing to the purchase I had called the customer service line with additional questions. Each time the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Since I did not have the means to off load such a large item or be able to pick up the lift from the truck terminal they provided me with the name of an installer in my area who both pick up the lift, brought it to my home and installed it. Installation took the two of them just two hours. Money well spent. So far I'm very satisfied and have had no issues.

A cable broke on my lift which was a little over a year old and they replaced the cable lift free and I received the part in just 3 days. Definitely will buy from them again.

Purchased the Auto Lift 9000 lb almost assymetric lift two weeks back with installation except electrical and after a few discussion's with Anthony at Best Buy about the what I thought I ordered and what I was delivered I am very happy with my lift. I assumed threr were two kinds of lifts assymetric the posts turned at 30° and symertic post facing each other turns out I was wrong. There are three types semi assymetric post facing each other and arms are assymetric only, this is what I had installed. I was not happy with this set up and called Anthony and explained my concerns and why I was not informed about the difference in assymetric lifts. After talking to Anthony he assured me that my lift although not truly assymetric it would be the better choice of the two. And against my better judgement the assymetric arm only works perfectly and I am extremely happy with this setup. Yes I would and have told people about Best Buy they are number one in my experience working with them on buying a lift.

After purchase of AL2-11K-ACD Auto Lift, I expected to wait two to three weeks for delivery and install. Totally surprised two days later when they tried to deliver! Jose, TexMex Hydraulics, installer was great! Surveyed our layout and made recommendation for best location and use. Allowed me to observe installation and answered all my questions and trained me to safely use the two post asymmetric lift. Just wished they could also do the 220v install to be able to use same day. Damaged box resulted in some missing nuts and bolts, but a quick call to Jacob and I had the parts in a couple of days. Even some bearings for an under hoist stand I didn't know were missing. Instructions for ALL items could be a lot better. Sale price was fair and allowed me to also buy several useful and needed accessories, quality more than meets my use as a hobby garage. I purchased the Dannmar 7000x with the optional caster kit, center bridge, and drip trays. It came in a very timely manner and could not be happier with the service. My only complaint is with the assembly directions. Several steps were not very clear and the pictures and diagrams were not much help, especially in terms of cable routing and safety stop function.

The machines came in well constructed crates and there was no damage to any of the equipment. As of now, I couldn't be happier with the whole purchase process. The machines work great. All I can hope for is that, if I ever need to utilize the customer support on the back end, the experience will be comparable.

I received all my equipment.

Delivery was fast, the shipping company driver called to let me know he was ready to deliver but left no message or return phone call. Luckily some one happened to be there when he showed up. Not impressed !! Next I got it home and unloaded. started unpacking everything was there and for the most part looked great ( a few scuff marks from shipping I suppose. Far better than some other companies products I have seen after shipping) took a bit to decipher the instructions and get it set up!! THE WORST INSTRUCTIONS I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! Horrible instructions !!!!! Not very clear at all !!!! I hope you are smart and can figure out what they are trying to tell you ! I have a leaking hyd ram from someone at the factory who over tightened the bleed screw and cut the seal.... Other than that it works great! Would not choose any other brand but they could use some polishing in the instruction area and double checking the hyd rams !!!!!!!!!!!!! Best buy was great and did a good job getting things taken care of! I had a few things I needed and Junior got it all handled. Thanks Junior!

From going to the website, to placing the order, to receiving it, and with help in assembling of the hoist, there were no problems. Cosmo was my salesperson, he was very knowledgeable and very helpful from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Best Buy Automotive Equipment. I purchased this lift for a home hobby. I like everything about it for a home lift. It had some minor damage from shipping, scratches and a couple of email nicks from a forklift.

I bought the lift from California, I was sent to Texas to make arrangements, then asked to contact Milwaukee Wi to schedule my pick up. All of the channels I went through were made so easy for me. a great company to work with, everything was delivered on time complete, even though some items ordered were from different sources they all arrived with the installer and his helper in their vehicle, the installers were extremely knowledgeable of the product and had every thing installed and tested within 3 1/2 hours, plus they lifted a vehicle full up onto the new lift and showed me how to be sure that the lift was balanced correctly for the load. this has been a 5 star experience, and i certainly will recommend this company to anyone that needs fast and precise installs of new equipment. thank you

This is a well made roll around table. I would lose track of my tool while working on cars. This heavy duty work table with its large table and weight load (250 lbs.) would hold all my tools and could be moved where ever I needed it. If you do a lot of work on the top side of a car, put this on your wish list. This is a great time saver.

Received product in great shape. I was missing a couple items and called and received missing parts very quickly. Instructions could be better written. But overall it was easy to figure out.
