The Challenger CLHM-190W is a single mobile column lift designed to work as part of a scalable system. Connect up to 8 columns together to create a custom lifting configuration tailored to your shop's needs. This lift is compatible with previously purchased CLHM-190 units, so you can expand your existing system without replacing equipment.
Each column is powered by a hydraulic system operating at 2,600 psi, providing smooth and powerful lifting with a lift speed of 60 inches per minute even under maximum load. The maximum lift height of 69 inches (when using 4 or more units) gives technicians ample clearance for undercarriage work, axle service, brake jobs, and more. In 2-column mode, the system offers a 32-inch lift height in normal mode, ideal for quick inspections and tire changes.
The wide 49-inch carriage on the CLHM-190W model accommodates wheels from 4 inches up to the maximum diameter determined by tire size, making it the go-to choice for oversized or specialty vehicles. The adjustable wheel carriages ensure a secure fit across a broad range of wheel types and diameters.
Wireless technology is at the heart of the CLHM-190W system. The lift operates on 12 radio frequencies with a wide channel range (100 to 120) for each frequency, ensuring reliable communication without interference from other shop equipment or radio noise. LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.
