The EMAX Extended 5-Year Warranty Silent Kit Filter Maintenance Kit provides the essential oil and filtration components required for scheduled maintenance on compatible EMAX 5HP through 10HP piston air compressors equipped with the Silent Air™ system. Designed to support proper compressor maintenance and extended warranty requirements, this kit provides supplies for 6 months or up to 1,000 operating hours, whichever occurs first.

Regular compressor maintenance helps maintain proper lubrication, airflow, filtration, and overall system performance while protecting critical pump components from premature wear. To maintain applicable EMAX extended warranty coverage, the required maintenance kits must be purchased every 1,000 operating hours or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.

  • (2) FILTER057
  • (8) FILTER107
  • (1) FILTER130 – Oil Filter

Maintenance Interval

This EMAX compressor maintenance kit covers approximately 6 months or 1,000 operating hours of scheduled maintenance. For continued extended warranty eligibility, required maintenance kits must be purchased at the specified intervals in accordance with EMAX warranty and maintenance requirements.

Ideal for professional shops and industrial facilities operating compatible EMAX 5HP, 7.5HP, and 10HP piston air compressors, this Silent Air™ maintenance kit makes it easy to keep the required replacement oil and filters on hand for routine preventative maintenance.
