Built on Challenger's proven chain-driven design, the 44060X features heavy-duty, high tensile strength leaf chain and sealed roller bearings for maximum reliability in demanding commercial environments. The innovative variable-synchro power system with dual hydraulic lift cylinders provides the unique ability to variably or simultaneously raise the front or rear lift suspension, creating a stable platform when lifting vehicles with uneven weight distribution — a common challenge with waste trucks, concrete mixers, and other specialty commercial vehicles.
Economic High-Capacity Lifting in a Traditional 4-Post Design
We designed our 40,000 lb. to 60,000 lb. lifts as an economic high-capacity lifting solution in a traditional four-post design. Diamond plate anti-skid runways and ramps provide positive vehicle traction and long-lasting durability. The synchro-power system has dual heavy-duty lift cylinders as well as lever controls, which provide variable or synchronous power to the front and/or rear suspension of the lift, making it perfect for lifting large axle vehicles with heavier front or rear ends, including waste trucks and other construction trucks.
Other features of this heavy-duty four-post truck lift that provide convenience, safety, and reliable heavy-duty lifting include: independent power control console mounted away from the hydraulic lift, bolt-down diamond plated approach ramps, adjustable runways to accommodate a variety of vehicle widths (36" - 58" between runways), and a built-in runway rail system for optional rolling jacks and sliding oil drain pans. Available in standard, extended, and extra-long lengths to handle many different vehicle lengths — the 44060X model accommodates wheelbases up to 430 inches.

Independent Control Console The independent control console provides safe and convenient access to the lift's power controls — featuring the variable-synchro power system to raise and lower the front or rear suspension either simultaneously or independently. The console includes dual pressure gauges for precise monitoring and a single-point air lock release button that allows technicians to disengage all column locks simultaneously for efficient operation.
Heavy-Duty Fixed Approach Ramps Diamond plate anti-skid ramps are securely bolted down for safe and easy drive-on access. The textured diamond plate surface provides positive traction even in wet or oily conditions, ensuring vehicles can safely mount the lift. These heavy-duty fixed ramps are built to withstand the demanding daily use of commercial truck service environments.
Twin Ladder Lock Positions The 10-level twin ladder lock positions provide a comfortable working height for a variety of service work on a variety of vehicles. This flexibility allows technicians to position the lift at the optimal height for brake service, suspension work, exhaust repair, underbody inspection, or any other maintenance task, reducing fatigue and improving productivity.

The single-point air actuated lock release system streamlines operation while maintaining security — technicians can disengage all column locks simultaneously from the control console, eliminating the need to manually release individual locks.
The adjustable runways accommodate a wide variety of tread and axle widths, with 36" to 58" between runways to handle everything from medium-duty trucks to wide-axle commercial vehicles. Each runway is 32 inches wide with a 14-inch height, providing a stable platform. The built-in runway rail system accepts optional convenience accessories like rolling jacks and sliding drain pans, allowing you to customize the lift for your specific service needs.

CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation,
abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when
repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is
authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
