This is a compact and wireless system consisting of a mobile support for sensors and clamps, which acts as a recharge point for the CCDs and the Toughpad. The mobile structure on wheels allows you to work comfortably on board the vehicle and is also ideal for multi-bay workshops where space is at a premium. The 100mm diameter pivoting and rubber wheels ensure smooth movement on any type of flooring, from smooth concrete to textured surfaces, giving you flexibility in any shop environment.
The innovative trolley design means no space problems—simply roll the aligner to the vehicle, perform the alignment, and move it out of the way when you're done. This mobility is a game-changer for shops that need to maximize bay efficiency or perform alignments in tight spaces.
The system is controlled via a rugged 10" HD touch screen Toughpad running Windows 10, providing a familiar operating system with fast operation speed. This tablet is built for the shop environment—dustproof, waterproof, and breakingproof—ensuring it stands up to the demands of daily use. It supports WiFi, Bluetooth, and HDMI, giving you flexible connectivity options for software updates, data transfer, and display output.
The portable Toughpad can be used anywhere around the vehicle, including underneath it, giving technicians the freedom to work in the most comfortable and efficient positions. The WiFi connection enables automatic software updates, keeping your alignment database current without manual downloads or hassle. This eliminates the need for a bulky PC tower and guarantees greater ease of use and mobility.

The included wheel alignment software and database for CARS ensures you have comprehensive vehicle coverage right out of the box.
The system includes 4 car sensors and 4 clamps with a 12" to 24" clamping range, covering a wide variety of passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks, and 4-WD vehicles. The included metal 80mm grips are designed for 4-WD, SUV, light trucks, and rims with hubcaps, while the metal 48mm grips feature a reference surface to optimize runout and improve measurement accuracy.
Also included are a steering lock and brake pedal lock to secure the vehicle during alignment, plus a safety elastic band to ensure clamps stay in place throughout the procedure. Please note: overall tire diameter cannot exceed 36".
