The KT-299U is a professionally engineered frame machine designed for fast, accurate, and efficient collision repair. The work platform is constructed from high-quality manganese steel and manufactured using advanced CNC plasma cutting, Panasonic CO₂ welding, shot blasting, and durable powder coating. This precision manufacturing process delivers exceptional flatness, outstanding torsional strength, unrestricted clamping positions, and efficient pulling performance for accurate collision repairs.
A hydraulic tilting platform allows damaged vehicles to be loaded and unloaded quickly and safely, with the ability to drive vehicles directly onto the platform for added convenience.
The platform's superior strength comes from reinforced steel beams integrated into both the upper and lower sections of the frame. A heavy-duty 10 mm steel deck, combined with 600 mm wide platform sections featuring five rows of square mounting holes, provides maximum versatility for anchoring. Each square opening is reinforced with a cross-shaped beam using 8 mm external walls and 6 mm internal walls, ensuring exceptional rigidity, long-term durability, and a consistently flat working surface.
The heavy-duty pulling towers rotate a full 360 degrees around the platform, allowing technicians to apply pulling force from virtually any angle. Constructed from durable 10 mm seamless steel tubing, the towers provide exceptional strength and stability, making diagonal pulling operations more efficient and precise.
The innovative main clamp system features a unique spiral adjustment design that allows the upper and lower jaws to remain perfectly level while accommodating different chassis heights. Vertical adjustment makes it easy to securely clamp a wide variety of vehicle frames, while the quick-lock screw mechanism speeds up setup and improves overall repair efficiency.
