Engineered for both general service and advanced diagnostics, this ALI-certified four-post lift handles everything from compact passenger cars to medium-duty trucks and vans with ease.
The 4115XFX features an impressive 275.5" overall length and 223.375" between columns, making it ideal for long-wheelbase vehicles up to 210.5" wheelbase. The closed front design provides enhanced structural integrity and a sleeker shop appearance while maintaining excellent ergonomic access to adjustment points. With a 78" rise height and 7" runway height, you'll have ample working clearance for comprehensive undercarriage service.
This lift doesn't just lift vehicles—it expands your service capabilities. The all-new wider 22" runways provide better vehicle stability and operator confidence, while the improved 4-wheel alignment wheelbase configuration allows you to service both long and short wheelbase vehicles for alignment work. Add the optional AR4115XAX Alignment Rack Package with rolling jacks, flush-mount stainless steel turning radius gauges, slip plates, and automatic wheel stops, and you've transformed your shop into a full-service alignment and undercarriage center.

Designed with productivity and safety at the forefront, the Challenger 4115XFX incorporates several design improvements over previous generations. The all-enclosed front column and crossbeam design keeps your shop looking clean and professional while protecting critical internal components from contaminants. Inside, the UHMW internally encapsulated slide blocks ensure a longer operational life and smoother, quieter cycling.
The lift is equipped with 17 locking positions featuring an improved lock design for enhanced security at every height. Louvered approach ramps prevent wheel-spin and provide superior traction compared to diamond tread or abrasive strips—safer for your technicians and better for your vehicles. Operating at 85 seconds speed of rise, this lift balances efficiency with control.
Power comes from a robust 2HP motor operating at 208v-230v, 60Hz, 1-phase (optional three-phase available). The lift requires 90-120 psi air supply for pneumatic locks and accessories. With a 142" overall width and 125.5" inside columns, the 4115XFX fits comfortably in a 14' x 26' bay while maximizing your service envelope.

RJ7.5 — 7,500 lb Rolling Jack
The 7,500 lb capacity rolling jack for the 4115 series features air/hydraulic operation and includes four (4) 3" stack adapters. Broaden your service revenue with easy access to brakes and wheels from underneath four-post lifts. Features adjustable width, low vehicle drive-over clearance, stackable height extensions with built-in storage rack, and factory-installed protected filter lubricator and regulator.
Flush Mount Stainless Steel Turning Radius Gauges
Stainless steel turning radius gauges for the 4115 series four-post lifts are essential for front wheel alignments, measuring how many degrees the front wheels are turned left or right. Commonly used when measuring caster, camber, and toe-out on turns for alignment-capable automotive lifts. General service four-post automotive lifts can be transformed into alignment-capable lifts with a bolt-on alignment kit.
40230X Internal Airline Kit
The 40230X internal airline kit provides air for dual rolling jack operation on the 4115 series extended-length four-post lifts. This kit routes compressed air internally through the lift structure for a clean, professional installation without exposed hoses crossing your shop floor.

CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation,
abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when
repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is
authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
