Purchase any eligible Nationwide-brand lift during the promotion. The rebate amount is listed on its product page.
Record your review
Film a short, honest video of your lift — set it up, use it, and tell us what you think. The good and the bad.
Send it within 3 months
Submit your video within 3 months of your order date using the form below, or email it to your salesperson.
Get your rebate
Once we verify your order and video, we refund the rebate amount to your original payment method.
Every eligible Nationwide lift lists its own Video Review Rebate amount. Not sure if your lift qualifies? Check its product page or ask your salesperson.

- Order must be placed during the promotion (limited time, while it lasts).
- Video must be submitted within 3 months of your order date.
- Rebate is refunded to your original payment method after we verify your order and video.
- One rebate per qualifying order.
- We want an honest review — positive or negative. Your rebate is not tied to what you say.

If you also post your video publicly, please disclose that you received a rebate for it. Best Buy Auto Equipment may modify or end this promotion at any time. Rebate processing may take a few weeks after verification.
