The Tuxedo TC-430 is a no-frills, bare-bones swing arm tire changer designed to deliver reliable performance at a price anyone can afford. This economical tire changer is perfect for budget-conscious shops, independent garages, fleet maintenance operations, and home mechanics who need dependable tire changing capability without the premium price tag. It skips the extras but gets the job done efficiently with manual operation and a proven swing arm design that handles a wide range of passenger and light truck tires.

Built for straightforward tire service work, the TC-430 offers solid construction and essential functionality. Its manual mount/demount tool operation gives you complete control over the tire changing process, while four pneumatic clamps with double-acting cylinders provide secure wheel retention during service. The side-mounted bead breaker delivers 2500 kg of breaking force to handle stubborn beads on a variety of tire types. This is a workhorse tire changer that focuses on core performance and value.

Swing Arm Design for Versatile Tire Service

The swing arm style design of the TC-430 provides excellent versatility for servicing a wide range of wheel sizes. The pivoting arm allows you to work efficiently with different rim diameters and tire configurations. With an inside rim clamp range of 12" to 21" and an outside rim clamp range of 10" to 18", this tire changer accommodates most passenger car and light truck wheels. It handles wheel widths from 3" to 11" and a maximum wheel diameter of 38", giving you the flexibility to service a diverse vehicle fleet.

The manual operation of the mount and demount tool puts you in full control. While electric or air-powered tools can be faster, manual operation allows for precise control and careful handling of wheels, reducing the risk of rim damage on delicate or custom wheels. For shops that prioritize control and careful work over speed, this manual system is a significant advantage.

Pneumatic Clamping & Powerful Bead Breaking

Equipped with four pneumatic clamps featuring double-acting cylinders, the TC-430 securely holds wheels in place during tire removal and installation. These pneumatic clamps provide consistent, reliable clamping force that adapts to different wheel sizes and materials. The double-acting cylinder design ensures smooth, controlled clamping and release operations.

The side-mounted bead breaker delivers an impressive 2500 kg of breaking force, making quick work of even stubborn, sealed tire beads. This powerful bead breaker is essential for older tires, tires that have been mounted for extended periods, or tires with strong bead seating. The side-mount configuration keeps the bead breaker out of the way during mount/demount operations while remaining easily accessible when needed.

The TC-430 operates on 110V, 15 Amp, single-phase power, making it compatible with standard shop electrical systems, and requires 125 psi working pressure for pneumatic functions. It comes complete with a water separator, lubricator, and air pressure regulator to ensure clean, properly conditioned air delivery for reliable pneumatic operation.
