The aligner's 'Wide Scope' technology doubles the working height range compared to conventional 3D image wheel aligners, accommodating lift heights from 35" to 67" and wheelbases up to 13 feet (157.5 inches).
Equipped with the advanced Techno Vector 7 software running on Windows 10, the system features intuitive 3D vehicle chassis models that allow technicians to visualize wheel alignment angles instantly. The included 21.5" wide-screen LCD monitor with wireless keyboard and mouse displays clear, step-by-step instructions using your choice of 2D or 3D graphic illustrations, all backed by an integrated help system. The comprehensive pre-installed database spans 25+ years of vehicle specifications, covering wheel alignment specs, tire pressure recommendations, and adjustment diagrams and images for more than 60,000 vehicle models.
The system includes four standard-size compact magnesium alloy targets that are lightweight, durable, and equipped with a protective petrol and oil-resistant layer for long-lasting performance in demanding shop environments. All components are housed in a durable, powder-coated metal storage cabinet equipped with locking swivel poly casters and a convenient printer drawer. A multi-functional LED guide on the camera boom provides real-time visual feedback during alignment procedures.
The aligner supports rolling and lifted compensation, runout compensation, toe adjustment, and live caster measurement. The system is designed to work seamlessly with multiple styles of alignment lifts—note that a 4-post or scissor alignment lift is required but not included.
