What to check before you buy
- Capacity — match the lift to your heaviest vehicle, not the average. Most drivers are well served by 9,000–10,000 lb.
- Ceiling height — measure your garage. Low ceiling? A scissor or low-profile 2-post may fit where an overhead lift will not.
- Concrete — most lifts need at least 4" of good concrete; we will help you confirm.
- Power — many run on standard 220V single-phase.
