The HP2 press arm system is the heart of the CEMB SM645HP2, a must-have feature for any shop regularly servicing stiff sidewall tires, run-flats, and deep drop center rims. This single-sided press arm is equipped with a press follower and tire lifter discs, providing essential assistance during difficult mount and demount operations. The system dramatically reduces the effort required to manipulate stubborn tires, protecting both wheels and technician stamina.
Unlike traditional tire changers that require constant manual adjustments, the SM645HP2's automatic tilt-back mount-demount arm repositions itself for the next wheel without any operator intervention. This time-saving feature streamlines workflow and boosts shop productivity, allowing technicians to move from one tire to the next with minimal downtime.
Power is never an issue. The heavy-duty 110V motor delivers exceptional high torque, easily handling the most difficult sidewall tires and deep drop center rims without strain. The under-table configuration keeps the work area clean and uncluttered while maximizing clamping power and stability.
The bead loosening system is fully adjustable, allowing technicians to position the blade at the correct angle to fit any tire diameter and width. This ensures effective, damage-free bead breaking on even the most stubborn tires. Once the tire is mounted, the two-stage tire bead sealing inflation jets make inflation quick and safe.
