The CEMB K22 Motorcycle Wheel Balancer delivers a revolutionary approach to motorcycle wheel balancing with its exclusive non-rotating shaft design. Engineered to handle the diverse demands of modern motorcycle service, the K22 accommodates multiple applications including bearing-type wheels, scooter wheels (hand spin), single-sided swing arm wheels (with optional AGF adaptor set), and even super-wide Harley wheels. The innovative drive roller system not only spins the wheel for balancing but also allows operators to check for eccentricity during the balancing process—delivering both diagnostic capability and balancing precision in one streamlined operation.
The K22 is packed with operator-friendly features designed to maximize productivity and flexibility. Quick-access menus allow you to toggle between ounces and grams, inches and millimeters, and set unbalanced thresholds at 0.1 or 0.25 ounces (1 or 5g) depending on your precision requirements. Choose between "Static" and "Dynamic" balancing programs to match the specific needs of each wheel.
A built-in 12-compartment weight tray plus adaptors compartment keeps your workspace organized and ensures all necessary weights and adapters are always within easy reach. The machine operates at a safe, quiet balancing speed of less than 80 rpm, making it comfortable for all-day use in any shop environment.
The 40mm shaft size provides robust support for heavy wheels, and the unit is designed to operate reliably in a wide range of shop conditions with an operating temperature range of 32°F to 113°F (0°C to 45°C). Powered by standard 110VAC, the K22 integrates seamlessly into any North American shop.
