The precision balanced overhung crankshaft with one-piece connecting rods ensures smooth, reliable operation with minimal maintenance requirements.
The pump's individually cast cylinders simplify service and maintenance, while high-efficiency finger valves maximize airflow and performance. A simple yet reliable splash lubrication system keeps internal components protected. The 360° radial cooling fins that extend from the external surfaces of the barrel cylinders provide maximum heat dissipation, while a finned copper intercooler ensures a lower inlet temperature at the second stage for improved efficiency and longer component life.
With a maximum operating pressure of 175 PSIG, this compressor handles applications requiring both high air capacity and pressure. The ASME coded 120-gallon horizontal receiver tank provides substantial air storage to meet peak demand cycles without frequent motor starts.
