The Challenger 4115XFO showcases a completely redesigned structure that prioritizes both form and function. The open-front configuration allows easy access to all adjustment points, whether you're working on standard or extended-length runways. This improved ergonomic layout reduces technician strain and speeds up service times.
The fully enclosed front column and crossbeam not only gives your shop a cleaner, more professional appearance, but also protects internal components for extended operational life. The lift's UHMW internally encapsulated slide block ensures smooth, consistent lifting and lowering with minimal friction and wear.
Each 22.375" wide runway is equipped with louvered approach ramps, which outperform traditional diamond tread or abrasive strips by preventing wheel-spin during drive-on. The lift operates on a 2HP, 208v-230v, 60Hz, 1Ph motor (with optional three-phase electrical power available at time of order), raising vehicles to full height in just 85 seconds.

The recessed stainless steel turning radius gauges provide accurate readings for measuring caster, camber, and toe-out on turns. The rear slip plates are flush-mounted and free-floating, allowing smooth, precise rear wheel positioning during alignment procedures.

RJ7.5 7,500 lb Rolling Jack
Broaden your service revenue with easy access to brakes and wheels from underneath the lift. The 7,500 lb capacity rolling jack features air/hydraulic operation and includes (4) 3" stack adapters. This jack is designed specifically for the 4115 Series and offers adjustable width, low vehicle drive-over clearance, stackable height extensions with built-in storage rack, and a factory-installed, protected filter lubricator and regulator.
Flush Mount Stainless Steel Turning Radius Gauges
Essential for front wheel alignments, these stainless steel turning radius gauges measure how many degrees the front wheels are turned left or right. Commonly used when measuring caster, camber, and toe-out on turns, these gauges are designed for 4115 Series four-post lifts. General service lifts can be upgraded to alignment-capable with a bolt-on alignment kit (Part #40200-3DSS).
40230E Internal Airline Kit
Provides air supply for dual rolling jack operation on 15,000 lb capacity four-post lifts. The internal airline kit #40230E is designed for standard-length 4115 Series lifts, while #40230X is for extended-length models like the 4115XFO. Both kits ensure clean, efficient air delivery for simultaneous rolling jack use.

This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation,
abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when
repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is
authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
