The recessed stainless steel turning radius gauges provide accurate readings for front wheel alignments, while the 80" rear recessed free-floating slip plates offer a wider range of 4-wheel alignment capabilities.

Flush Mount Stainless Steel Turning Radius Gauges
Precision turning radius gauges designed specifically for the 4115 series lifts are used for front wheel alignments to measure how many degrees the front wheels are turned left or right. They are commonly used when measuring caster, camber, and toe-out on turns for alignment-capable automotive lifts. The stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting accuracy and corrosion resistance even in demanding shop environments.
40230E Internal Airline Kit
The internal airline kit provides air for dual rolling jack operation on 15,000 lb capacity four post automotive lifts. The #40230E kit is designed for standard length four post lifts, ensuring clean, organized air delivery without external hoses cluttering your bay. An extended length version (#40230X) is also available for longer lift configurations.

The Challenger 4115EFO has an overall length of 250.75" and overall width of 142", with a minimum recommended bay size of 14' x 24'. The lift's height of columns measures 99.25" (front) and 98" (rear), making it suitable for standard commercial garage ceiling heights. With a 195" distance between columns and 120.75" (front) / 125.5" (rear) inside of columns, the lift provides generous clearance for vehicle maneuvering and technician access.

Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation,
abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when
repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is
authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
