The KT-T800 features a top-level motor with pure copper winding that provides more power, faster heat dissipation, lower defect rates, and a longer service life compared to standard motors. Operating at a rotation speed of 6.8 RPM, this tire changer offers smooth, controlled operation that makes mounting and demounting tires safer and more efficient.
The closed body design protects internal components from dust and debris, while the high-quality lubricator provides reliable oil delivery and effectively filters compressed air to extend the life of the pneumatic system. With an operating air pressure requirement of 116-145 psi (0.8-1.0 MPa), the KT-T800 integrates seamlessly into most shop compressed air systems.
Protecting expensive wheels is a top priority, and the KT-T800 is engineered with multiple safeguards. The alloy steel jaws feature interface carburization treatment to a depth of 0.8-1.1mm and undergo a complete quenching process. This makes the inside of the jaw more tenacious while the outside remains harder, and they're paired with protective jaw covers to prevent rim damage.
The mounting head is crafted from stainless steel with solution treatment and interface polishing. Its shape conforms to engineering mechanics principles and is accompanied by a plastic cover for additional rim protection. The high-quality spade cover further prevents rim damage during tire demounting operations.
The pull-type pedal control system makes tire changing and maintenance easier and more intuitive for operators. An inflation gauge with pedal control allows hands-free tire inflation monitoring for improved safety and convenience during the bead-seating process.
With a versatile clamping range of 12"-20" outside clamp and 14"-24" inside clamp, the KT-T800 accommodates a wide variety of wheel sizes. It handles wheels up to 15" (380mm) in width, making it suitable for most passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks.

We offer a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge to our customers, on all equipment.
* Including but not limited to: Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc...
Vehicle lifts will include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on all lift structural components only.
Warranty claim for all products must fall within above period in order to qualify for limited warranty. Warranty is non-transferable, must have original order number, and purchased from our company or a registered vendor. Replacement Parts will be provided at no cost to the customer and will include free shipping.
*All warranty claims submitted to KATOOL are subject to approval by the warranty/service department and may be approved or denied at the full discretion of these departments. Photos and/or videos of original defects may be requested. Customers should not disassemble any piece of equipment before proof of original problem/issue has been determined. Any equipment outside of the policy will not be covered and buyer will be responsible for purchasing replacement parts at full cost and shipping charges will apply. Labor is not included in warranty.
