The wheeled cabinet design features roomy internal storage space for protecting your PC and printer, while the wireless version operates on 2.4 GHz industrial radio frequency for reliable, interference-free communication. Battery charging is conveniently integrated into the cabinet, supporting both sensor heads and clamps.
From quick front-axle checks to complete four-wheel alignment procedures, the Exact 70 streamlines your workflow with features like "Easy Caster" quick measurement, "Quick Check" procedures, and animated tutor guides that simplify vehicle preparation. Continuous sensor calibration checking ensures consistent accuracy, while compatibility with Asa Network, RH-Meter, and Romess CM-09606 systems integrates seamlessly into your existing shop setup.

The system includes manual toe curve measurement and adjustment procedures, along with multiple ROC (Rolling Offset Compensation) options: push-type, 2 and 3 point, single sensor ROC, and ROC skip capability for specialty applications. Cradle adjustment procedures and quick job record data input streamline documentation, while optional procedures for trucks and trailers, MULTILINK, RADAR, and specialty applications expand the system's versatility.
Every Exact 70 system includes a comprehensive professional configuration designed for immediate productivity. The wheeled cabinet provides mobility and houses the complete computer system, featuring an Intel motherboard, 256MB RAM (minimum), 80GB hard drive (minimum), DVD reader, high-speed USB 2.0 ports, and Ethernet network capability. The system comes complete with keyboard, pedal depressor, and steering clamp for immediate operation.
Power requirements are flexible with the central unit accepting 90-260 Vca / 50-60 Hz / 1ph input while consuming just 0.4 kW, making it energy-efficient and compatible with various shop electrical configurations worldwide. The system is fully compatible with Asa Network, RH-Meter, and Romess CM-09606 platforms for seamless integration into networked shop environments.
The Exact 70 offers extensive customization through a complete range of optional accessories. Enhance operator convenience with an optical mouse or IR remote control. For fleet heavy-duty applications, ROC skip clamps are available. Additional software packages provide adjustment help with schematic slides or animations, special procedures for MULTILINK, RADAR, trucks and trailers, vehicle weight analysis, and access to the Specialty Product catalogue.
For wireless configurations, an external battery charger enables charging batteries with the PC off, maximizing uptime. Special car constructor configurations are available for shops specializing in specific manufacturers.

General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within 7 days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi USA agreement to repair a tire changer or balancer is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express, implies or statutory, including any warranties for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner’s lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.
