With a heavy-duty stainless steel turntable delivering 737 ft-lb of rotation torque, the A9824TI handles tires up to 47" diameter and rims from 10" to 24" externally (expandable to 8" to 28" with optional adapters). The machine's unique mount/demount head is engineered to work without touching the rim during operation, protecting expensive wheels from damage. An innovative bead-pressing lever and powerful action bead-breaker blade that follows the bead to the inside rim contour ensure fast, safe tire service every time.
The A9824TI is built for high-volume shops that need speed, safety, and reliability. The turntable rotates in either direction at 11 rpm, giving technicians full control during tire mounting and dismounting. The upper arm assembly swings out of the way for easy wheel loading and unloading, while the bead-pressing lever assists with stubborn beads on low-profile and run-flat tires.
With a footprint of just 78" H x 48" W x 42" D and weighing 503 lbs, this machine is compact enough for shops with limited floor space, yet robust enough to handle demanding daily use. General Terms
Corghi USA expressly warrants its products will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for the time period specified. Corghi USA must be informed in writing within 7 days after discovery of a defect. Corghi USA reserves the right to repair or replace a product at our discretion. Consumable products and accessories such as but not limited to; plastic protection parts, bead breaker pads, inflation hoses, and rollers, are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abuse or failure to perform any necessary maintenance (i.e. damage due to or resulting from, faulty installation, neglect, misuse, improper electrical connections or electrical surges, problems resulting from excessive water, contaminated air system, or pollutant of any nature, fire or freight damage).

Corghi USA maximum liability shall be limited to the cost of the machine. In no event shall Corghi USA be responsible for owner’s lost profits, goodwill or other incidental or consequential damages. Corghi USA is not responsible for equipment or accessories damages in shipment. Freight claims are to be made directly with the carrier. We will be more than happy to assist you with any questions regarding filing claims.
