The RC Robo-Arm® (included with the RC-55 model) is a game-changer for difficult wheel applications. It effortlessly keeps the top bead in the drop center during mounting, allowing technicians to efficiently service low-profile wheels and run-flat tires commonly found on modern OE vehicles. This advanced assist arm reduces physical strain and dramatically improves workflow on challenging tire changes.
The high-torque, X-shaped turntable provides rigid perimeter support for the wheel, ensuring stability during every mount and demount operation. Pedal controls place every function at your feet, making the changing process easier for technicians—especially critical when working in high-volume environments. The conveniently placed foot pedals provide precise control over every step, ideally positioned for fluid technician movements while mounting and demounting tires.
The manual swing arm is easily adjusted to ensure the Coats Duckhead® Mount/Demount Tool is properly fitted to the tire rim, reducing the risk of damage when mounting and demounting. The foot-controlled air cylinder bead loosening system handles tires up to 10.5" wide, delivering powerful, consistent bead breaking performance.
