The SM825EVO and SM825EVOAIR deliver professional tire changing capabilities with dual clamping cylinders that provide a wide 13"-24" clamping range. With a maximum tire diameter of 44" and a maximum tire width of 15", these machines handle everything from passenger vehicles to light truck and specialty tires with ease.
The integrated air tank in the tower ensures consistent power delivery, while the dual-stage inflation system with safety limiter and built-in bead blaster in the clamping jaws provide fast, controlled inflation without the need for extra equipment. With direct weight placement and guided weight positioning, the EZ10 delivers a fast 5-second average cycle time for most wheels. The motorized system is paired with an electro-magnetic brake that holds the wheel steady for easier, more accurate weight placement. This robust design ensures extremely accurate balancing every time, with a simple, intuitive interface that your team will master quickly.
The EZ10 handles both steel and custom wheels with ease, offering a choice of clip-on, tape weight, and hidden spoke modes. AutoAdaptive Mode: This innovative tolerance calculation system evaluates the residual imbalance limit value corresponding to an acceptable perceived vibration level. For each wheel that is balanced, the AutoAdaptive Mode software detects weight and dimensions and calculates the tolerance value that will cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel. AutoAdaptive Mode grants the highest comfort when driving and, together with OPB Program, saves valuable balancing time.
Virtual Sonar: Virtual Sonar is CEMB's advanced software for 3D wheel measurement. In the absence of an actual sonar device, it detects the rim width intelligently. After the automatic gauge detects the first correction plane, Virtual Sonar calculates the position of the external plane according to the measured unbalance and the tolerance calculated with AutoAdaptive Mode. This technology delivers direct measurement input and eliminates the need to select balancing modes manually.
