Capable of handling wheels up to 40" in diameter and 165 lbs, this powerhouse balancer accommodates everything from compact passenger cars to large trucks. The pneumatic wheel locking system (CEMB patented) provides extremely quick and easy operation while ensuring accurate wheel centering every single time.
With 3D laser scan technology, the ER90 EVO delivers faster and more accurate dimension readings. The laser indicates exactly where to place stick-on weights, and because it doesn't have any moving parts, it's incredibly robust and reliable. The side laser provides 12 o'clock positioning assistance for correct clip-on weight application, while the electric brake locks the wheel in perfect position using an electromagnetic system.
The innovative AutoAdaptive™ Mode is based on the evaluation of residual imbalance limit values corresponding to acceptable perceived vibration. For each wheel that is balanced, the ER90 EVO software detects weight and dimensions and calculates the precise tolerance value that will cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel. AutoAdaptive™ Mode grants the highest comfort when driving, and together with the OPB Program, dramatically reduces balancing time while maximizing customer satisfaction.
OPB (One Plane Balancing) eliminates both static and dynamic unbalance with a single counterweight, indicating the exact position to apply the weight inside the rim. The ER90 EVO automatically detects if it is possible to correct both unbalances with only one weight and activates the OPB program. This is a real revolution in wheel balancing technology. The ER90 EVO includes Hubmatch, a guided on-car eccentricity cancellation process that ensures perfect wheel-to-hub fit.
