The CEMB ER71 is ideal for shops that need maximum performance in minimal space. This motorized balancer combines a robust, high-quality design with extremely accurate balancing, all wrapped in a compact frame perfect for tight service bays. It handles rim diameters from 10" to 30" and rim widths from 1.5" to 20", with a maximum tire diameter of 40 inches and wheel weight capacity of 165 lbs. Its 40mm shaft size and included 3 cone passenger car–light truck kit (1.7" to 4.3") ensure compatibility with a wide range of vehicles.
With a balancing speed under 100 rpm and an average cycle time of just 5 seconds, the ER71 keeps your workflow moving. Its balancing accuracy of less than 0.1 oz (less than 1 g) ensures every wheel is perfectly balanced, reducing vibration, tire wear, and customer comebacks. The machine operates on 110VAC / 50/60 Hz / 1 ph power and performs reliably in temperatures from 32°F to 113°F (0°C to 45°C).
