Professional ADAS Calibration for Light, Medium & Heavy-Duty Vehicles
The Autel CVALDW20 delivers a complete static Lane Departure Warning (LDW) calibration solution designed specifically for commercial vehicle applications. From Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and RAM ProMaster vans to heavy-duty Class 6-8 trucks equipped with Bendix® Wingman® systems, this comprehensive package includes everything you need: MaxiSYS ADAS Standard frame, pattern boards, wheel clamps, laser units, Digital ADAS technology for faster positioning, and an ACC reflector for radar calibration. Ensure safety-critical systems are calibrated accurately and efficiently after collision repairs, glass replacement, or alignment work.
The CVALDW20 CV ADAS LDW Standard Package is engineered to handle static front camera calibrations across a wide range of light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles. This package equips your shop with the precision tools required to perform Lane Departure Warning (LDW) system calibrations on applicable commercial vehicles, ensuring that advanced driver assistance systems function properly after service or repair work.
Included in the package is the MaxiSYS ADAS Standard frame, a sturdy and adjustable calibration frame that provides the foundation for accurate static calibrations. The kit also includes a pattern board with multiple LDW patterns specific to Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, RAM ProMaster vans, and the front collision warning and LDW pattern (CV pattern CSC0611-06) designed for heavy-duty vehicles equipped with the Bendix® Wingman® system. This versatility means you can service a broader range of commercial vehicles with a single calibration system.
To ensure precise alignment and positioning, the package comes with wheel clamps and laser units that help you quickly establish the correct vehicle and target positioning. The addition of Digital ADAS technology with laser measurement tools enables faster and more accurate setup, reducing calibration time and improving consistency across jobs. For heavy-duty vehicles with radar-equipped Bendix® Wingman® systems, the included ACC reflector allows you to perform radar calibration as well, making this a truly comprehensive ADAS solution.
The CVALDW20 is a complete, ready-to-use calibration system that includes:
The CVALDW20 package is compatible ONLY with the MaxiSYS 909CV tablet (sold separately), which provides the software and guided procedures for both dynamic and static calibrations. This tablet integration streamlines the calibration process, providing step-by-step instructions and real-time guidance to ensure accurate results every time.
Important Compatibility Note:
