This professional-grade combination package delivers everything you need to service tires efficiently and accurately. The Atlas® TCWB-COMBOEC pairs the TC221 rim-clamp swing arm tire changer with the WB11 computerized spin balancer—two proven machines engineered for reliability, precision, and ease of use. Perfect for homeowners with large vehicle collections, small commercial garages, or ATV/motorcycle dealers, this combo handles steel, aluminum, and alloy rims up to 39 inches in diameter with professional results every time.

Both machines operate on standard 110V single-phase power, making installation simple in virtually any garage or shop. Both carry CE approval and are backed by the Atlas® 1-year parts warranty. This combination eliminates the need for outsourcing tire work—giving you full control over quality, turnaround time, and cost savings.

Atlas® TC221 Electric/Pneumatic Wheel Clamp Tire Changer

The Atlas® TC221 wheel clamp swing arm tire changer is purpose-built for small to mid-size commercial operations and specialty dealers. Featuring a robust 4-jaw internal/external clamping system with three adjustable positions, this machine accommodates a wide range of rim sizes—from compact ATV wheels to full-size passenger and light truck tires.

The pneumatic bead breaker delivers 5,500 lbs of force, effortlessly breaking even the most stubborn and rusted beads without risk of rim damage. The turntable generates an impressive 885 ft/lbs of rotating torque, providing the power needed to handle challenging tire changes smoothly and efficiently.

Designed to protect high-value alloy and aluminum wheels, the TC221 includes 4 black plastic rim protectors that shield rim surfaces during clamping and demounting. The turntable's precision jaw system holds wheels securely without marring or scratching the finish—critical for modern vehicles with expensive custom wheels.

The machine accommodates tires up to 39 inches in diameter and a maximum wheel width of 13 inches at the bead breaker. The outside locking rim clamp ranges from 9¾" to 23¼" (across three positions), while the inside locking rim clamp spans 11⅝" to 25¼". With the included flip adapters, you can also service specialty applications: ATV wheels as small as 2⅞" and motorcycle wheels up to 26⅜".

Note: The TC221 includes a tire inflator hose and gauge but does NOT include a bead blaster. A bead blaster is not required for standard tire service, but if your application demands one, please see our upgraded tire changer models.

The TC221 comes fully equipped with an oiler, filter, and regulator, plus a convenient soap reservoir for bead lubrication. The machine operates on 90–110 PSI air pressure (maximum inlet pressure 140 PSI) and requires a standard 110V single-phase electrical connection. With a shipping weight of 500 lbs, this is a solid, stable platform built for daily professional use.

Atlas® WB11 Self-Calibrating Computer Wheel Balancer

The Atlas WB11 is the most popular wheel balancer in the Atlas lineup—and for good reason. This self-calibrating computerized balancer combines affordability, dependability, and repeatable accuracy in a compact, user-friendly design. It's the ideal partner to the TC221 tire changer, delivering professional-quality balancing for passenger cars, light trucks, ATVs, and motorcycles.

Featuring a precision 40mm shaft and robust construction, the WB11 handles wheels up to 150 lbs in weight and 39 inches in diameter. The balancer accommodates rim widths from 1½" to 20" and rim diameters from 10" to 32", making it versatile enough for nearly any wheel you'll encounter in a small to mid-size shop.

Accuracy is outstanding: the WB11 delivers precision to 1 gram with a weight position resolution of 1.4°. Balancing speed is a fast 150 RPM, so you can process wheels quickly without sacrificing quality. The machine offers both static and dynamic balancing modes, plus rapid optimization (OPT) for fine-tuning challenging wheels.

One of the standout features of the WB11 is its self-diagnosis and self-calibration capability. The balancer can identify issues and display error codes, enabling you to make adjustments or repairs in-house without waiting for a technician. Each electrical component is designed for easy "plug and play" replacement, reducing downtime and repair costs.

The WB11 features an automatic and pedal-operated brake and an automatic start/stop function when the hood is lowered or raised—streamlining your workflow and enhancing safety. The clear digital display shows readings in grams or ounces and mm or inches, allowing you to work in your preferred measurement system.

Powered by a ¼ HP motor and operating on 110V single-phase power, the WB11 requires no anchor-down installation—exceptional stability is built into the design. At 355 lbs shipping weight, the balancer is stable enough for professional use yet compact enough to fit in smaller spaces.

The simplicity of the WB11, both in ease of operation and ease of repair, makes it the perfect choice for shops that want reliable, accurate balancing without the complexity and cost of higher-end models. Optional truck adapter sets are available if you need to service larger commercial wheels.
