The Atlas® TCWB-COMBO9 delivers a complete tire service solution at an exceptional value. This professional-grade combo pairs the TC289DAA tire changer with dual assist arms and the dependable WB11 self-calibrating wheel balancer—everything you need to service passenger vehicles, SUVs, light trucks, and even challenging low-profile and run-flat tires. Perfect for general automotive service departments, medium-sized tire stores, farm operations, and independent shops looking to expand their tire service capabilities without breaking the budget.
The Atlas® TC289DAA is a large rim clamp, swing arm tire changer engineered to handle the toughest tire service jobs with ease. This version comes equipped with the Atlas® DAA-SA dual assist arm package, which includes a left-hand mounted arm with a pressing block and pressing/lifting disk, plus a right-hand mounted arm with a pressing/lifting disk and bead roller. These dual assist arms are essential when changing stiff sidewall, low-profile, and run-flat style tires—acting as an extra set of hands to save time and reduce operator effort on challenging wheel assemblies.
Featuring the biggest turntable and most clearance in its class, the TC289DAA can accommodate tires up to 47" in diameter—ideal for large SUVs and one-ton trucks. The machine includes a built-in "Beadblaster" system to help inflate stiff sidewall or other hard-to-inflate tires quickly and reliably. Whether you're servicing high-priced alloy wheels or rugged steel rims, this changer is designed to protect your customer's wheels from damage.
The powerful adjustable bead breaker located on the side of the machine is built to break even the most stubborn and rusted beads without harming the rim. The turntable jaws come with four large black plastic rim protectors included, and can be adjusted to three different positions along the turntable slide to increase or decrease the clamping range. This flexibility allows the TC289DAA to handle the widest variety of tire and wheel sizes—from outside clamping ranges of 11 7/8" to 27 7/8" and inside clamping ranges of 13 7/8" to 29 7/8" depending on jaw position. The machine also accommodates ATV and motorcycle configurations with flip adapters.
The electric turntable delivers 885 ft/lbs of rotating torque, while the air-operated jaws and pneumatic bead breaker (5,500 lbs force) provide reliable clamping and bead-breaking power. A metal mount/demount head with a metal roller or replaceable plastic inserts ensures gentle tire handling. The machine ships with extensive accessories including a column-mounted inflator box with gauge, an oiler, filter, and regulator, a soap reservoir, a 20" tire tool, a lube bucket with brush, and multiple replacement plastic inserts for the mount/demount head.
Powered by 110V 1Ph electrical and requires 90-110 PSI air pressure (maximum inlet pressure not to exceed 140 PSI). The TC289DAA requires some assembly after purchase. Shipping weight: 920 lbs.

The Atlas® WB11 is the most popular Atlas wheel balancer we sell—and for good reason. This self-calibrating computer balancer combines low price, dependability, and repeatable accuracy in a simple yet sophisticated package. The WB11 is designed with a "plug and play" modular electrical system, making repairs easy and affordable when it's time to replace components. There's no need to wait for a high-priced service technician to visit your shop.
The WB11 features self-diagnosis and displays error codes so operators can make necessary adjustments or repairs in-house. Its simplicity in both operation and maintenance makes this balancer the perfect choice for shops that demand reliability without complexity. The machine handles wheels weighing up to 150 lbs, with rim diameters from 10" to 32" (cars and light trucks), rim widths from 1 ½" to 20", and tires up to 39" in diameter.
With a 40mm shaft and a balancing speed of 150 RPM, the WB11 delivers precision results with 1 gram accuracy and 1.4° weight position resolution. The balancer supports both static and dynamic balancing modes, offers rapid optimization (OPT), and displays readings in standard or metric units (grams or ounces, mm or inches). An automatic and pedal-operated brake along with automatic start/stop when the hood is lowered or raised ensures fast, efficient operation.
The WB11 also offers exceptional stability in reading the unbalance between planes, ensuring consistent, repeatable results spin after spin. Best of all, no anchor-down installation is needed—simply plug it in and start balancing. Powered by a ¼ HP motor and requiring 110V / 1 phase power. Shipping weight: 355 lbs.
