Atlas® TC755EZ Tilt-Back Electric/Pneumatic Tire Changer with Bead Blaster
The Atlas® TC755EZ is a professional-grade tilt-back wheel clamp tire changer designed for tire dealers and large-volume service centers. It features an extra-large turntable and exceptional clamping range that allows operators to securely clamp most 26-inch chrome rims without purchasing additional adapter sets. The adjustable turntable jaws can be covered with the included large plastic jaw covers, protecting even the most delicate custom wheel finishes from damage during clamping and service.
This machine handles stiff sidewall, low profile, and run-flat tires up to 47 inches in diameter. The external locking rim dimensions range from 11 7/8" to 27 7/8", while internal locking accommodates 13 7/8" to 29 7/8", giving you the flexibility to service virtually any passenger car or light truck wheel. The 4-jaw internal/external clamping system offers three mounting positions for enhanced versatility.
The pneumatic bead breaker delivers a powerful 5,500 lbs of force, making quick work of even the toughest tire beads. The button-controlled bead breaker is operated directly at the blade for precision and ease. Air-operated jaws and bead breaker require an external air supply at 90-110 PSI (must not exceed 140 PSI). The turntable is powered by a robust 1 HP electric motor generating 885 ft/lbs of rotating torque for smooth, controlled tire service.
A standout feature is the built-in Bead Blaster, which provides a powerful blast of air to seat stubborn tire beads quickly and safely. The column-mounted inflator box with gauge allows you to inflate and check tire pressure right at the machine. The changer also includes a Filter/Regulator/Lubricator (FRL) unit, a 20-inch tire tool, a lube bucket with brush, and a plastic cover for the bead breaker shovel. The metal mount/demount head features a metal roller or replaceable plastic inserts, and multiple replacement plastic inserts are included to extend the life of the head and protect wheels.
EZ Assist Arm: The pneumatic EZ Assist Arm is mounted on the right side of the machine and is essential for mounting and demounting the stiff sidewall tires found on modern vehicles. Atlas® WB49-2 PRO Premium Self-Calibrating 3D Computer Wheel Balancer
The Atlas® WB49-2 PRO is a state-of-the-art computerized wheel balancer that takes the guesswork out of wheel balancing with fully automatic 3D data entry. This machine automatically measures rim offset, diameter, and width using both an inner and outer measuring arm—no manual input required for most wheels. The WB49-2 PRO builds on the impressive performance of the WB49-2 and WB41 models, adding premium features like split-weight function (for discreetly locating weights behind the spokes) and an automatic LED light that illuminates the inside of the rim when it's time to apply weights.
This balancer handles wheels from 10" to 32" diameter (with manual input required for 23"-32"), rim widths from 1 ½" to 20", and wheel weights up to 150 lbs. The 40mm shaft and ¼ HP motor spin the wheel at 150 RPM for fast, precise measurement. The machine delivers 1 gram accuracy and 1.4° weight position resolution, ensuring your balancing is spot-on every time.
The WB49-2 PRO features a higher, easy-to-read display that shows measurements in standard or metric units (grams or ounces, mm or inches). It supports both static and dynamic balancing modes and includes rapid optimization (OPT) to help you choose the best weight placement. The machine offers self-diagnosis and self-calibration, maintaining exceptional stability in reading the unbalance between planes.
Operation is effortless: the balancer features an automatic and pedal-operated brake and automatic start/stop when the hood is lowered or raised. A large weight tray keeps your workspace organized, and no anchor-down installation is needed—just plug it in and you're ready to balance. The machine also offers automatic positioning to show you exactly where to apply weights, reducing errors and speeding up service.
