Atlas® TC755 Tilt-Back Electric/Pneumatic Tire Changer with Bead Blaster
The Atlas® TC755 is engineered for professional tire dealers, large-scale dealerships, and busy service centers that demand consistent performance across a wide range of wheel sizes. This tilt-back wheel clamp tire changer features an impressive clamping range that accommodates most 26-inch chrome rims without the need for additional adapter sets—saving you time and money while expanding your service capabilities.
Built with precision and versatility, the TC755 offers three positions for clamping jaws, allowing you to securely handle wheels in multiple configurations. The 4-jaw clamping system works both internally and externally, providing secure gripping on steel, aluminum, and alloy rims. Each jaw can be covered with the included four black plastic rim protectors, ensuring you can service even the most delicate custom wheels without surface damage.
The turntable's outside locking rim clamp adjusts across three positions: 11 7/8" - 26", 12 7/8" - 27", and 13 3/4" - 28". The inside locking rim clamp offers a range from 13 7/8" - 27 7/8" up to 15 5/8" - 29 7/8", giving you exceptional flexibility for various rim sizes and styles. With a maximum tire diameter of 47 1/2 inches and a maximum wheel width (at the bead breaker) of 15 inches, this machine handles a broad spectrum of passenger, SUV, and light truck tires with ease.
Stubborn beads are no match for the TC755's powerful pneumatic bead breaker, delivering 5,500 lbs of force to break even the tightest tire seals. Once the tire is mounted, the integrated bead blaster provides a burst of compressed air to seat beads quickly and reliably. An included tire inflator with hose and gauge lets you inflate and check pressure without leaving the machine. The convenient soap reservoir keeps lubrication close at hand for smooth tire mounting.
The tilt-back column design enhances operator comfort and access, making tire demounting and remounting easier on your back and faster for high-volume workflows. An oiler, filter, and regulator come standard, ensuring clean, consistent air delivery at the required 90-110 PSI operating pressure. Powered by a reliable 110V 1-phase motor, the TC755 is ready to plug in and perform, day in and day out.
The Atlas® WB49-2 represents the latest generation of professional wheel balancing technology. Featuring automatic 2D data entry, this balancer automatically measures wheel offset and diameter using the inner measuring gauge, eliminating manual data input errors and speeding up your workflow. The large, modern monitor-style LED display is positioned higher for easy reading and provides clear, precise readouts in either standard or metric units (grams or ounces, mm or inches).
Built for accuracy and efficiency, the WB49-2 delivers 1-gram precision with a weight position resolution of 1.4 degrees, ensuring that every wheel is balanced to perfection. The balancer operates at a balancing speed of 150 RPM and accommodates wheels with a maximum diameter of 39 inches, a rim width range of 1 ½" to 20", and a rim diameter from 10" to 32" for cars and light trucks. It can handle wheels up to 150 lbs, making it ideal for a wide variety of passenger and light truck applications.
The 40mm shaft provides a stable, heavy-duty mounting platform, and the machine features exceptional stability in reading unbalance between planes, ensuring consistent results spin after spin. The WB49-2 includes both static and dynamic balancing modes, along with advanced features like rapid optimization (OPT) and a split-weight function that allows you to discreetly position weights behind spokes for a cleaner, more professional finish on high-end wheels.
Luxury features come standard on the WB49-2. An automatic LED light illuminates the inside of the rim when it's time to apply weights, making precision placement fast and easy. The automatic and pedal-operated brake gives you hands-free control, and the machine features automatic start/stop when the hood is lowered or raised, streamlining your process. The large weight tray keeps your workspace organized, and automatic positioning clearly indicates where to apply weights for optimal balance.

Note: Balancing rims from 23" to 32" requires manual input of some data. An optional truck adapter set is available for expanded capabilities.
