ALI Certified and built for professional service facilities, this inground lift maximizes your shop space while delivering exceptional stability, performance, and productivity. With improved rise height (now 78") and 3-stage telescoping arms that reach from 19 5/8" to 48", the EV1220 accommodates an expansive range of cars, trucks, and fleet vehicles—making it the ideal solution for shops looking to expand their commercial service capabilities without sacrificing floor space.
Challenger's electric hydraulic cassette-style inground EnviroLift® meets the rigorous demands of professional service facilities with superior engineering and environmental responsibility. The EV1220 features over 50% more bearing contact surface than competitor lifts, enhanced wipers both top and bottom, and larger 8 1/2" chrome pistons—all delivering a more stable and repeatable lift that translates into increased productivity for your technicians. The fully contained recycled polymer housing eliminates environmental concerns and protects your investment for years to come.

The NEW EV1220 heavy-duty inground vehicle lift is ideal for starting or expanding your commercial fleet service capabilities. Heavy-duty inground vehicle lifts require less shop space than surface-mounted lifts, maximizing the number of service bays and ultimately increasing your parts and service revenue. With a smaller footprint, your shop gains flexibility while maintaining a professional, open, aesthetically pleasing showroom-style appearance that customers notice.
The EV1220 inground vehicle lift is equipped with standard combination stack screw pads and includes a complete Stack Adapter Extension Kit to accommodate a wide variety of heavy-duty vehicle lift points. From low-profile sports cars to full-size pickup trucks with running boards and side steps, this lift handles it all with ease and precision.
Challenger has engineered the EV1220 with significant performance upgrades that matter in a busy shop environment:
The 3-stage front and rear swing arms with standard combination stack screw pads accommodate a wide range of heavier vehicle lift points. The arms extend from a minimum reach of 19 5/8" to a maximum of 48", with each arm rated for 3,000 lbs. capacity. Heavy-duty polyurethane screw pads accommodate a wide range of recommended lifting points, while the 87" drive-thru clearance accommodates wider vehicles, minimizes tire damage, and provides for easy drive-on access.
The EV1220 EnviroLift® is designed with environmental responsibility and long-term durability in mind. The fully-contained and sealed recycled polymer cassette tub eliminates the risk of hydraulic fluid seeping into the ground, protecting both your facility and the environment. The stainless steel air lock release cylinder promotes longer working life with its corrosion-resistant design—no more rust from condensation buildup. A premium powder coat finish on bolsters and arms provides long-lasting durability and a professional appearance.
Note: Starting November 1, 2022, Challenger is implementing a paint upgrade to a Textured Formula for enhanced durability and finish quality. Click here for full details.
Stack Adapter Extension Kit P/N 10315
Drop-in style stack adapters help reach pickup points on vehicles with running boards or side steps. Simply remove the screw pad, drop in the stack adapter extension, and replace the screw pad to reach lifting points with ease. The Stack Adapter Extension Kit includes four 3" stack extensions, two 6" stack extensions, and two organizer racks with hardware. Organizer racks mount to the automotive lift column to keep adapters within reach and organized. Works with all Challenger two-post automotive lifts.
Four Frame Engaging Truck Adapters P/N 10318
Set of 4 frame-engaging truck adapters for 10,000, 12,000, 15,000, and 18,000 lb. two-post automotive lifts. Frame-engaging adapters are ideal for lifting vehicles such as pickup trucks with frames. They provide direct contact to frames without the slipping associated with lifting on slippery, sprayed undercoatings with traditional rubber pads. The cradle provides a secure fit to the frame in tight spaces. Works with all Challenger above-ground two-post lifts. Note: 15,000 & 18,000 lb. two-post automotive lifts require reducer bushing kit part #10317.
