The Challenger DX77 is a 7,700 lb. capacity double-scissor lift engineered from the ground up with efficiency, productivity, and technician safety in mind. Designed and Made in Italy, this ALI-certified lift delivers professional-grade performance for busy shops lifting all makes and models within its rated capacity. With its synchronized hydraulic system and innovative double-scissor design, the DX77 provides a 74-1/2" rise height (standard mount version) that creates exceptional working clearance underneath the vehicle—allowing technicians to work comfortably at an ergonomic height that minimizes fatigue and maximizes productivity throughout the day.
Whether you need a standard above-ground installation or a flush-mount configuration, the DX77 adapts to your shop's layout and workflow. The cross-member-free design offers free access all around the vehicle and between the platforms, creating an uncluttered, hazard-free work area that streamlines undercarriage work. Reinforced diamond-plated flip-up approach ramps easily extend the platform to accommodate longer wheelbase vehicles, while the included rubber spotting blocks in 1-1/2" and 3" heights provide secure, versatile positioning for a wide range of vehicle types.
The Challenger DX77 is built with intelligent design features that make every lift smoother, safer, and more efficient. The lift transition cam provides controlled, smooth rise and descent, protecting both the vehicle and the lift mechanism from jarring movements. The hydraulically synchronized system ensures even, balanced lifting across both platforms every time, while the simple three-button control console (Raise, Lower, Lock Release) puts all essential functions at your fingertips. An electric/hydraulic power control console manages the operation seamlessly, and the lift requires 90-120 psi air supply for the lock release mechanism.

The DX77 scissor lift is available in two installation configurations to suit your shop's needs. The standard mount version (DX77) installs above ground with a lowered height of just 4-1/2" and an overall width of 79-3/4". The flush mount version (DX77R) sits level with your shop floor for seamless drive-on access, with a narrower overall width of 68-1/4" to fit tighter bay layouts. Both versions feature 59" platform length, 23-1/2" platform width, and 21" width between platforms, providing ample room for undercarriage work on sedans, SUVs, light trucks, and more.

The DX77 has an overall length of 82-3/4" when lowered and 83-1/4" when fully raised. The reinforced 11-3/4" ramps flip up easily to extend the platform for longer vehicles. The lift's compact footprint and efficient layout make it ideal for shops looking to maximize bay space without sacrificing lifting capacity or working clearance.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.
