Because each platform operates independently, one vehicle can be lowered while the other side remains still. This eliminates the need to "shuffle" vehicles from the half of the lift where vehicles are not being accessed—a feature that saves time and frustration in busy garages or multi-car collections. The dual electric-hydraulic power units ensure smooth, synchronized operation with precise control over each platform.
The PL-12000DP features tall rise with extended length runways (198" outside length), offering an impressive 82.2" maximum rise and 80.5" drive-through height. The PL-12000DPS provides standard rise with shorter runways (174" outside length), delivering a 70.2" maximum rise and 68.5" drive-through height. Both models accommodate cars, light trucks, motorcycles, and ATVs with ease.
A dependable hydraulic drive system with dual hydraulic cylinders and heavy-duty galvanized lifting cables provides reliable power that requires very little service and maintenance over time. Tandem drive cylinders, combined with an intelligent hydraulic circuit, provide precise, equalized lifting of the platforms. With multiple locks for multi-height parked settings (6 safety lock positions) and easy-to-understand operator controls, operators will be pleasantly surprised at how simple and safe these lifts are to use.
The heavy-duty steel construction and durable powder-coat finish ensure years of reliable service. Wide baseplates provide maximum stability, while built-in wheel stops and front and rear wheel chocks keep vehicles securely positioned. Full-width platforms keep bottom vehicles protected from drips and debris. Lightweight, extended aluminum approach ramps can be easily stowed when not in use.
With a lifting time of approximately 45 seconds, the high-speed lifting system gets vehicles into position quickly and efficiently. The system operates on 220 VAC / 50/60 Hz / 1 Ph power, with special voltages available upon request.
