If you're looking to flush-mount your lift in the floor for a smooth sub-surface installation, the MDS-6LPF is your ideal solution. It shares all the same robust features and engineering excellence as the surface-mount MDS-6LP, but is specifically designed to collapse perfectly parallel with your flooring for a completely flush, zero-footprint finish when not in use. This makes it an exceptional choice for shops that demand a clean, professional appearance with no trip hazards or obstructions when the lift is lowered.
Stronger lift from a collapsed position: A pneumatic "kick" system powers the lift up from the collapsed height, which for a flush-mount means it goes from zero-footprint to full rise in about 45 seconds. This extra boost ensures a more even lift in the early inches of travel, and the hydraulics take over from there for smooth, controlled ascent throughout the entire lifting range.
Four hydraulic cylinders: We put enough power in this scissor lift to ensure it handles that 6,000 lb. load without a hitch. The MDS-6LPF features a dual master hydraulic cylinder that combines with dual equalizing cylinders to provide a safe and level lifting capacity across both platforms. Fluid traveling to all four cylinders goes through a flow divider to ensure equal pressure at all times. The platforms are always going to rise and descend simultaneously every inch of the way, eliminating any risk of uneven lifting or vehicle instability.
Powered by a reliable 208-230 VAC / 60 Hz / 1 Ph motor, the lift achieves full rise in just 35 seconds, maximizing bay efficiency and minimizing customer wait times. The hydraulic system is designed for long-term durability and consistent performance, even under heavy daily use.
Solid-steel safety lock bars: With three locking positions to choose from (21", 32", and 38.75", plus full rise at 44"), the MDS-6LPF offers incredible work height versatility. The solid-steel safety lock bars engage automatically during ascent, providing fail-safe mechanical redundancy at every locking height. If you've got a pit, the mid-rise design becomes a full-height service lift, further expanding its utility in your shop.
Convenient stainless-steel pneumatic cylinders: Instead of spring releases, which tend to wear over time, our flush-mount design features air cylinders pressurized to 50 psi, 10-CFM. These stainless-steel pneumatic cylinders simultaneously release safety locks during descent with a simple push of a button. A simple hand pump or air compressor will have the cylinders ready to go in seconds. (NOTE: Requires min. 50 psi, 10-CFM air source at time of installation.)
Push-button safety lock release system: The push of a button releases all locks simultaneously and quickly lowers the scissor lift platforms down to their flush-mounted starting position. This safety lock release system is operated away from the lift, allowing operators to safely deactivate the locks without the need to push or pull cumbersome release bars or lock release handles. It's a safer, more ergonomic solution that increases productivity and reduces strain on technicians.
Hinge-point features Zerk grease fittings: Each hinge point features a Zerk grease fitting to allow lubrication at critical wear areas. Zerk grease fittings are long-lasting, self-lubricating, and simple to maintain. They'll virtually last forever with minimal care, ensuring smooth operation and extending the service life of your lift.
Durable, cushioned rubber contact blocks: The MDS-6LPF comes standard with four durable cushioned-rubber contact blocks, permitting fast vehicle setup. These are not small, dinky pads—these rugged lifting tools will protect your vehicles' frames and are guaranteed not to slip when properly placed during lifting procedures. The lift platform and contact blocks allow lifting of most unibody and frame contact undercarriages at recommended manufacturer pick-up points on most vehicles.
The powder coat finish provides a long lasting, durable finish that stands up to daily shop wear, chemicals, and abrasion. Each lift platform features four solid steel-scissor frame support bars, making the MDS-6LPF one of the strongest mid-rise lifts in its class.

LOW-RISE/MID-RISE LIFTS WARRANTY
Duration: From the date of purchase by the original Purchaser or 12-24 months from the date of shipment by BendPak or whichever comes first.
Limited Warranty
1. Who gives this warranty (Warrantor): BendPak Inc., 1645 Lemonwood Dr., Santa Paula, CA 93060
2. Who receives this warranty (Purchaser): The original Purchaser (other than for purpose of resale)
3. What products are covered by this warranty: Any BendPak Full-Rise Scissor Lift**
4. What is covered under this warranty: manufacturer defects due to material and/or workmanship with the exceptions noted below.
5. What is not covered under this warranty:
a. Any failure that results from Purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate, maintain or service product in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied
b. Any damage caused by overloading lift beyond rated capacity
c. Items or service normally required to maintain the product, i.e. lubricants, oil, etc.
d. Items considered general wear parts such as rubber pads, pad adapters, etc. unless wear or failure is a direct result of manufacturer defect due to material and/or workmanship
e. Any component damaged in shipment or any failure caused by installing or operating lift under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings
f. Motor or pump failure caused by rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants
g. Rusted components due to improper maintenance or corrosive environments
h. Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality
i. Damage due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring
j. Any incidental, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or expense that may result from any defect, failure, or malfunction of BendPak Inc. product
k. All electrical components are guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship and/or materials when the lift is installed and used according to specifications.
6. Responsibilities of Warrantor under this warranty: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, component which is defective, has malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period. BendPak Inc. will pay reasonable labor costs for the first 12 months only
7. Responsibilities of Purchaser under this warranty:
a. Provide dated proof of purchase and maintenance records
b. In some cases, components may be required to be shipped to the nearest BendPak Authorized Service Center. Freight costs, after 12-months, must be borne by the Purchaser.
c. Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the products as described in the owner’s manual(s).
8. When Warrantor will perform repair or replacement under this warranty: Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacement parts.

Limitation of Liability
BendPak/Ranger shall have no obligation pursuant to this Warranty with respect to products which in our sole judgment have been altered
damaged, misused, abused, badly worn, lost or improperly maintained. This Warranty is null and void if the customer or any other person other
than an authorized representative of BendPak/Ranger has made any attempt to service or modify the tool prior to its return to BendPak/Ranger
under this Warranty. In no event will either party be liable for any damage caused by the other party's failure to fulfill its responsibilities under
these terms and conditions. In no event will either party be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damage, or other economic
consequential damages. All expressed and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited in duration to the coverage period. No warranties, expressed or implied, will apply after this period. BendPak may modify
these terms and conditions at any time by either providing the customer with written notice or posting such revised terms on
www.bendpak.com. Such revised terms shall be effective thirty days from the date of such written notice or posting.
