Whether you're working on a heavy-duty tractor or a compact car, the Heavy-Duty Trucker™ is engineered to handle the full spectrum of vehicles. The 8'6" bed width with 34" non-skid treadways provides stable, secure access for drive-on convenience, while the 20" working height (floor to top of bed) ensures comfortable ergonomics and efficient workflow. This is a frame rack built for shops that refuse to compromise on capability.
The four 25-ton, 7-foot cab towers each feature a hydraulic ram and hose, complemented by four air hydraulic pumps with gauges for precise control. Each tower is equipped with a 15' 5/8" chain with slip hook, HD tower roller with pin, and a tower chain lock with locking key for maximum safety and security during pulls. The system is plumbed for air, streamlining your setup and operation.
Custom bed lengths are available for shops with unique requirements—choose from 32', 40', or custom lengths to match your facility and workload. The HDT 32 model #871005 includes new-style HD portable ramps (2-piece) for easy vehicle loading, plus installation and training to get your team up and running fast.
