The Atlas® 12AWFSL is a 12,000 lb. capacity commercial-grade scissor alignment lift featuring the advanced "Wheels Free" lifting system built directly into the runways. When a vehicle is loaded on the 12AWFSL, the integrated "Wheels Free" jacks raise the vehicle by its frame, lifting it so the wheels come off the runways completely — allowing easier access to tires, brakes, and suspension components, and facilitating precise alignment procedures. The "Wheels Free" jacks are conveniently controlled right from the lift's control console, giving you complete command of your workflow.
With an impressive lifting height of 84 1/4" (over 7 feet), the 12AWFSL offers the flexibility for either floor-mounted or flush-mount recessed installation to suit your shop layout. The full frame construction under the scissor mechanism provides maximum stability and durability under heavy loads, ensuring safe and reliable operation day after day in demanding commercial environments.
The separate control panel may be positioned for convenient operator access. A 220-volt single-phase electric/hydraulic power unit is housed inside the metal control panel box, and push-button controls activate raising and lowering of the lift. The sophisticated air-actuated lock system (external air supply required, not included) is automatically engaged and disengaged as the lift is raised or lowered, giving you peace of mind with every cycle. A safety lowering limit switch stops the lift's descent automatically when the platforms are lowered to within 10 inches of the ground — the Down button must be released and depressed again to allow the lift to complete its descent, ensuring operator safety.
The 12AWFSL includes built-in slip plates and alignment turntables with covers (turntable color may vary), providing everything you need for professional alignment work right out of the box. An overload valve, air line kit, and lowering speed control valve are also included standard. The open center design facilitates easy access to the undercarriage, and the lift accommodates a 4-wheel alignment wheelbase from 90" to 168" and 2-wheel alignment wheelbase from 86" to 172", handling a wide range of vehicles from compact cars to full-size trucks.
This combo package includes two Atlas® RJ-6 rolling bridge jacks — the perfect accessory for the 12AWFSL alignment rack. These 6,000 lb. capacity air/hydraulic jacks are ideal for raising a vehicle's wheels off the lift runways to service tires, brakes, and suspension components. While the built-in "Wheels Free" system is designed to lift most vehicles, many shops prefer to use the RJ-6 rolling jacks to lift either the front or rear of the vehicle independently, offering maximum flexibility in your workflow.
The heavy-duty, commercial-grade Atlas® RJ-6 features a scissor mechanism that allows for level lifting, ensuring stability and safety. Its compact size and low profile (minimum lifting height of just 3 1/2") make it easy to position under vehicles, while the smooth rolling action and adjustable width (working width from 31 1/2" to 49 1/2") let you quickly adapt to different vehicle sizes and lift configurations. Each jack includes stack-on truck adapters which increase the lifting height of the lift pads, allowing the RJ-6 to raise most pickup trucks and larger vehicles that sit higher than the average passenger car. The jacks feature safety lock positions at 7 1/4" and 15", adapter storage built in, and a durable powder-coated finish.
