The NEW EV1220 heavy-duty inground vehicle lifts are ideal for starting or expanding your commercial fleet service capabilities. Heavy-Duty Inground Vehicle Lifts require less shop space than surface mounted lifts, maximizing the number of service bays.
The EV1220 inground vehicle lifts are equipped with standard, medium and high extension stack adapters to accommodate a wide variety of Heavy-Duty vehicle lift points. Challenger Heavy-Duty Inground Vehicle Lifts are fully contained in a recycled polymer housing to protect your investment and the environment.
Challenger’s electric hydraulic cassette style inground EnviroLift® meets the rigorous demands of
professional service facilities. With over 50% more bearing contact surface than competitor’s lifts, enhanced wipers both top and bottom and larger 8-1/2” chrome pistons, your shop will have a superior, more stable and repeatable lift resulting in increased productivity. These inground lifts also eliminate environmental concerns with a fully contained polymer housing made from recycled
plastic.
EnviroLifts require less shop space than surface mounted lifts. With a smaller footprint, your shop will maximize the number of service bays, resulting in higher parts and service revenue. EnviroLift® also creates a professional showroom style appearance with its open, aesthetically pleasing look.
2-Stage Arms
The 2-stage front and rear swing arms with standard combination stack screw pads to accommodate a wide range of heavier vehicle lift points.
Other standard features include a mechanical locking ladder that engages every 3” and a stainless steel air lock release cylinder to prevent rust associated with condensation. Available in 10,000, 12,000 and the exclusive 15,000 lb. lift capacity.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation,
abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when
repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is
authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.

Standard Accessories
 Stack Adapter Extension Kit P/N 10315
Stack Adapter Kit for 10,000 and 12,000 lb. two post and inground car and truck lifts. Drop-in style stack adapters help reach pickup points on vehicles with running boards or side steps. Simply take out the screw pad, drop in the stack adapter extension and replace screw pad to reach lifting points. Stack Adapter Extension Kit includes four 3" Stack Extensions, two 6" Stack Extensions & two Organizer Racks with hardware. Organizer racks mount to automotive lift column to keep adapters within reach. Works with all Challenger two post automotive lifts.

Four Frame Engaging Truck Adapters P/N 10318
Set of 4 frame engaging truck adapters for 10,000, 12,000, 15,000 and 18,000 two post automotive lifts. Frame engaging adapters are ideal for lifting vehicles such as pickup trucks with frames. They provide direct contact to frames without the slipping associated when lifting on slippery, sprayed undercoatings with traditional rubber pads. Cradle provides secure fit to frame in tight spaces. Works with all Challenger above ground two post lifts. 15,000 & 18,000 two post automotive lifts require reducer busing kit part #10317.
