The Challenger CLHM-190W HD Wide Mobile Column Lift system delivers exceptional versatility and power for heavy-duty vehicle service. With 19,000 lbs. capacity per column, this set of two wide columns provides a combined 38,000 lbs. total lifting capacity, making it ideal for servicing large trucks, transit vehicles, and heavy municipality equipment. Featuring wireless operation, an advanced 10" touch screen control console, integrated battery and charging system, and adjustable wide wheel carriages, the CLHM-190W brings professional-grade lifting capability exactly where you need it—indoors or outdoors, on any solid surface. This robust yet easily maneuverable system is ALI/ETL certified and engineered to meet the demanding needs of modern commercial and municipal service operations.
Our heavy-duty mobile lifting system, along with optional sets of accessory support stands, can accommodate multiple lift bays with one lift system. Robust yet easily maneuverable mobile columns can be operated on almost any solid surface, indoors or out. The CLHM-190W is part of the CLHM Series, available in 14K and 19K capacity per column, with configurations from 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 columns for maximum capacities up to 152,000 lbs. This wide-base model features a 49" width and accommodates wheel diameters from 4" to the maximum determined by tire size, providing exceptional stability and versatility for oversized vehicles.
Hydraulic operated units provide heavy duty lifting capacity from 38,000 lbs. (set of 2) to 152,000 lbs. (set of 8), enabling heavy-duty lifting from small cars to large trucks, transit, and municipality vehicles. Each column operates at a maximum hydraulic system operating pressure of 2,600 psi and delivers a lift speed of 60" per minute even at maximum load. The CLHM-190W provides a maximum lift height of 69" when used with four or more units, and up to 32" in Normal Mode when operating as a two-column set.
The 110V built-in multi-stage charging system powers the integrated deep cycle battery system, enabling wireless operation without the need for power source hook-ups. Operating at 26 VDC nominal with 4HP peak power, each column delivers reliable performance throughout the workday. The charger requires only 120 VAC @ 60 Hz and draws 1.3 Amps, making it easy to recharge overnight or between jobs. The charging status light provides real-time battery updates to assist with job planning and management, so you always know your power status before starting a lift.
Effective May 2025, all Challenger Lifts CLHM/CLMM model lifts include AGM batteries (Absorbed Glass Mat) Group 27 AGM 12 Volt. The AGM battery carries a 2-year free replacement warranty, providing enhanced reliability and longer service life compared to traditional battery technology.
Wireless operation system allows for a clutter-free work area without cables to connect, navigate around, roll over, or replace. The system utilizes 12 radio frequencies with a wide channel range (100 to 120) for each frequency, preventing radio noise from interrupting service. This advanced wireless technology maintains reliable communication between columns and ensures synchronized operation even in busy shop environments with multiple systems operating simultaneously.
The NEW 10" touch screen control console features an Android-based integrated system that provides easy-to-use control and precise measurements of lifting height and lifting weight per column. The intuitive interface gives you complete visibility into every aspect of your lift operation, ensuring accuracy and safety with every job.

Precise balanced design, heavy-duty tow handle, and spring-loaded wheels make moving and aligning individual lift units simple and easy with little effort. Each CLHM-190W column weighs 1,565 lbs and has a compact footprint of 600 sq. inches, with a turning radius of just 47". Despite their robust construction, these columns are engineered for effortless positioning, allowing a single technician to move and align columns with minimal physical strain.
Adjustable wheel carriages fit a range of wheels and accommodate wheel diameters from 4" to maximum determined by tire size, making this wide model ideal for large commercial truck tires and specialty vehicles. The wide 49" width provides enhanced stability under heavy loads while the lift unit maintains a height of 88.5" in lowered position and extends to 157.125" at full rise.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.
