The Challenger CLHM-140 is a complete mobile lifting system designed to accommodate multiple lift bays with one lift set. Each robust yet easily maneuverable column operates independently and can be positioned precisely where you need it—on shop floors, paved outdoor areas, or any solid surface. The system's 12-volt deep cycle battery operation (providing 24V nominal power) eliminates the need for external power hookups during lifting operations, giving you true cable-free mobility throughout your facility.
The CLHM Series is available in 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 column configurations with both 14,000 lb and 19,000 lb per column capacity options. With a 2-column CLHM-140 set, you achieve a maximum lift capacity of 28,000 lbs, handling everything from passenger cars to light commercial trucks. Expand to larger configurations for even heavier-duty applications—up to 152,000 lbs. total capacity with an 8-column 19,000 lb setup.
Each CLHM-140 column features a built-in 110-volt multi-stage charging system for continuous battery maintenance and peak performance. The integrated charger requires only 120 VAC @ 60 Hz and draws just 1.3 Amps, making installation and operation simple in any shop environment. A charging status light provides real-time battery updates, helping you plan your workload and manage battery life effectively.
Starting in May 2025, all Challenger CLHM lifts come equipped with AGM batteries (Absorbed Glass Mat) Group 27 AGM 12 Volt. LIMITED WARRANTY
Challenger Lifts, Inc. (CLI) lifts are guaranteed to the original owner. CLI shall repair or replace, at CLI option, for the full warranty period those parts that prove upon inspection to be defective and pay for reasonable costs of transportation and/or labor for replacement of said parts for the warranty period stated below. This warranty shall not apply unless the product is installed, used and maintained according to CLI’s specifications set forth in CLI’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions. Use of any unapproved parts or accessories will void your warranty. This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the product has been registered with Challenger Lifts, Inc., www.challengerlifts.com.
This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, installation, abuse, misuse, negligence, carelessness of operation, or normal wear and tear. In addition, this warranty does not cover equipment when repairs have been attempted or made by anyone other than a CLI authorized service representative.
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, which implied warranties are expressly excluded. No employee, agent, representative, dealer or other person or entity is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of CLI.
The remedies described are exclusive and in no event shall CLI, Inc. be liable for special, consequential or incidental damages for the breach of or delay in performance of the warranty. This warranty shall be governed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the County of Jefferson.
Functional parts are considered the power units, cylinders, sheaves, sheave pins, hoses, hydraulic & pneumatic fittings, cables, adapters, latches, valves, and controls.
Structural parts are considered the carriage, columns, column extensions, overhead beams, arms, cross beams, runways, wheel stops, ramps, bolsters, sync rails, and plungers.
