Introducing Challenger's CLHM-125XF Mobile Column Lift, the revolutionary solution for lifting heavy-duty vehicles in modern automotive workshops. This ALI-certified mobile column lift delivers a versatile, scalable, and efficient approach to vehicle lifting operations with a powerful 12,500 lbs. capacity per column. Whether you're servicing buses, RVs, commercial trucks, or specialty vehicles, the CLHM-125XF provides the flexibility and power your shop demands.
Built for adaptability, the CLHM-125XF features extended 22-inch forks (compared to standard 11-inch forks) that allow for full tire engagement on vehicles with recessed wheels or dual tires. The system accommodates wheel diameters ranging from 5 inches to 24.5 inches, making it an incredibly adaptable tool for virtually any workshop environment—from light-duty applications to heavy commercial fleet maintenance.
All Challenger Mobile Columns feature a 24V rechargeable battery system with a retractable 25-foot cord reel that plugs into any 110V outlet. No air compressor required. These lifts can be controlled wirelessly from any column, making them ideal for busy workshops where flexibility and speed are critical. The wireless feature ensures that cords and cables don't clutter the work area, reducing tripping hazards and significantly improving shop safety.
The CLHM-125XF Mobile Column Lift can easily be expanded for workshops requiring additional lifting capacity. You can connect up to 8 column lifts working in tandem for a maximum combined capacity of 100,000 lbs, or use them in combination with Challenger's CLHM-140 and CLHM-190 models to tailor your lifting capabilities to your shop's specific operational needs.

The CLHM-125XF stands out with its extended 22-inch forks, engineered specifically for vehicles with recessed wheels, dualies, or wider tire profiles. Unlike standard mobile column lifts with 11-inch forks, the XF extended fork design allows technicians to achieve secure, full tire engagement on a broader range of heavy-duty commercial vehicles, buses, motorhomes, and specialty equipment.
With an adjustable wheel diameter range from 5 inches to 24.5 inches, this lift adapts to nearly any vehicle that rolls into your bay—ensuring safe, stable lifting every time. The turning radius of 54 inches and compact footprint of 719 square inches make maneuvering and positioning quick and hassle-free, even in tight shop spaces.
Say goodbye to tangled cords and compressor hoses. The CLHM-125XF operates on a 24 VDC rechargeable battery system, powered by a 120-240 VAC charger that plugs into any standard outlet. Each column features a retractable 25-foot cord reel, giving you the flexibility to charge anywhere in the shop without clutter.
Operate from any column in your configuration—no need to walk back and forth. The wireless synchronization system ensures all columns move in perfect unison for balanced, safe lifting every time. With no air required, the system is quieter, cleaner, and more energy-efficient than traditional pneumatic lifts.
Effective May 2025, all Challenger CLHM/CLMM model lifts will be equipped with AGM batteries (Absorbed Glass Mat) Group 27 AGM 12 Volt. These advanced batteries offer superior performance and reliability, backed by a 2-year free replacement warranty.
Start with a single CLHM-125XF column rated at 12,500 lbs, and expand your lifting capability as your business grows. This system supports configurations of 1, 2, 4, 6, or 8 columns, delivering up to 100,000 lbs. total capacity when running 8 columns in tandem.
Even better: the CLHM-125XF can be used in combination with Challenger's CLHM-140 (14K) and CLHM-190 (19K) models, allowing you to create mixed-capacity configurations tailored to the specific vehicles in your shop. This interoperability makes the Challenger mobile column system one of the most flexible and future-proof investments you can make.
Calculating Total Capacity:
Multiply the number of columns by the lifting capacity per column (12,500 lbs.) to calculate the overall lifting capacity of your configuration. For example, 4 columns = 50,000 lbs. total capacity.
The CLHM-125XF is built for demanding commercial applications. With a max lift height of 69 inches (4+ units) and 13' 1-1/8" overall height at full rise, you can easily access undercarriages of large vehicles and buses. The lift operates at a maximum hydraulic system pressure of 2,100 psi and achieves a lift speed of 56.7 inches per minute at max load—fast enough to keep your workflow moving without sacrificing safety.
Weighing 1,557 lbs. per unit, each column is robust yet mobile, with dimensions of 88.5 inches (height) x 44.25 inches (width) x 65.3 inches (length). Ground pressure at maximum load is just 19.6 psi, making these lifts safe for use on most shop floors without additional reinforcement.
The Challenger CLHM-125XF is ALI-certified, meeting rigorous standards set by the Automotive Lift Institute for safety, design, and construction. This certification ensures that your lift meets or exceeds industry safety requirements, providing peace of mind for you and your technicians.
