Built on a rigid 6" x 6" x 3/8" welded-steel tube frame with commercial-grade hydraulic cylinders and chrome-molly shafts conforming to ANSI 92.2 standards, this machine is engineered for maximum dependability and minimum maintenance. The double-ended expander frame style and pass-through cylinder stem design ensure consistent, reliable performance on every bend.
Industry-Leading Quick-Change Bending Dies
Our innovative twist-lock tooling and quick-change bending dies are so effective that they've become an industry standard – copied by competitors across the entire bending equipment market. The BB-2 comes complete with quick-release bending and finishing dies that significantly reduce set-up times, getting you back to productive work faster.
The bending heads are precision ground to within .002" for exceptional accuracy, while heat-treated tooling ensures greater service life even under demanding production schedules. An easy-to-use drop-in collar makes swaging operations quick and efficient, and the open-sided swager box allows for easier access while reducing the chance of "crashing" tools and damaging the cylinder.
180° Bending Capacity for Deep, Perfect Bends
Be sure to ask for our 180° bending dies (available separately) if you're planning to bend more than 170°. You'll get perfect, deep bends on a 5" (127 mm) maximum bending radius, without pipe sticking or hang-ups. That's because we use an exclusive relief cut design on our bending dies to help maintain the pipe's uniformity throughout the bend cycle and eliminate excessive crimping or deformation. With a minimum bending radius of 3.3" (89 mm), you have the flexibility to handle a wide range of exhaust fabrication jobs with precision.
The one-piece barrel design ensures that the bending gates stay perfectly aligned with the ram throughout every operation, delivering consistent, high-quality results job after job. The max tube capacity of 3" (76 mm) with .095 wall gives you the power to work with a broad range of tubing sizes for nearly any exhaust application.
Dual End-Finishing Units for Complete Fabrication
The BB-2 includes 2 separate end-finishing units at the rear for all necessary flaring and expanding operations. The system includes a high-speed clampless swager and internal expander, giving you complete control over end-finishing work without the need for additional equipment. Both the bending and expander controls use the same manual knee-lever operation for intuitive, comfortable use throughout long production runs.
Heavy-Duty Hydraulics and Intelligent Design
The BB-2 features a direct-drive, high-speed, 4 gpm pump powered by a strong, 5 HP energy-efficient motor (208-230 VAC / 60 Hz / 1 PH) that delivers maximum performance with lower operating costs. The integrated power-relief control valve and adjustable pressure valve located right up front give you precise control, while pressure gauges let you know exactly what the system pressures are at all times.
A single enclosed bottom cylinder applies pressure evenly to the back gates and, because it is hidden, does not interfere with the tubing. The 2.5" oversized barrel shafts provide maximum dependability and minimum maintenance, while standard grease fittings allow for simple lubrication. The large capacity fluid reservoir keeps the hydraulic oil running cooler and prevents contamination, and a canister oil filter in the hydraulic system keeps the oil nice and clean. Oil sight-gauges allow you to visually inspect oil levels at a glance, and over-sized 1/2" high-pressure hose provides better speed and cooling throughout operation.
Safety, Organization, and Mobility
Safety is built into every aspect of the BB-2. A NEMA-rated on/off switch box incorporates overload relays that automatically disrupt power supply should an unforeseen over-current situation occur, protecting both operators and equipment. The enclosed controls keep your bending area clutter-free and safe, while convenient tool trays keep your tooling organized and within easy reach.

4. What is covered under this warranty: manufacturer defects due to material and/or workmanship with the exceptions noted below.
5. What is not covered under this warranty:
a. Any failure that results from Purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate, maintain or service product in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied
b. Any damage caused by misuse or abuse
c. Items or service normally required to maintain the product, i.e. lubricants, oil, etc.
d. Items considered general wear parts such as rubber pads, pad adapters, etc. unless wear or failure is a direct result of manufacturer defect due to material and/or workmanship
e. Any component damaged in shipment or any failure caused by installing or operating lift under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings
f. Component failure caused by rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants
g. Rusted components due to improper maintenance or corrosive environments
h. Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with product functionality
i. Any incidental, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or expense that may result from any defect, failure, or malfunction of BendPak Inc. product
6. Responsibilities of Warrantor under this warranty: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, component which is defective, has malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period. BendPak Inc. will pay reasonable labor costs for the first 12 months only
7. Responsibilities of Purchaser under this warranty:
a. Provide dated proof of purchase and maintenance records
b. In some cases, components may be required to be shipped to the nearest BendPak Authorized Service Center. Freight costs, after 12-months, must be borne by the Purchaser.
c. Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the products as described in the owner’s manual(s).
8. When Warrantor will perform repair or replacement under this warranty: Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacement parts.

Limitation of Liability
BendPak/Ranger shall have no obligation pursuant to this Warranty with respect to products which in our sole judgment have been altered
damaged, misused, abused, badly worn, lost or improperly maintained. This Warranty is null and void if the customer or any other person other
than an authorized representative of BendPak/Ranger has made any attempt to service or modify the tool prior to its return to BendPak/Ranger
under this Warranty. In no event will either party be liable for any damage caused by the other party's failure to fulfill its responsibilities under
these terms and conditions. In no event will either party be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damage, or other economic
consequential damages. All expressed and implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited in duration to the coverage period. No warranties, expressed or implied, will apply after this period. BendPak may modify
these terms and conditions at any time by either providing the customer with written notice or posting such revised terms on
www.bendpak.com. Such revised terms shall be effective thirty days from the date of such written notice or posting.
