The BPC-12 features the same proven I-beam construction and maintenance-free guide plate technology that has made Ben Pearson benders industry favorites, while introducing modern control options and an intuitive operation workflow.
The BPC-12 is operated by an easy-to-use knee pad control or push button for hands-free bending, allowing you to position and support the workpiece while the machine does the work. The BPC-12 package comes complete with the Super 110 Die Package (Part# 62898), providing comprehensive tooling for bending, expanding, swaging, flaring, and finishing tubes from 1½" to 3". This turnkey package includes radius dies in multiple sizes, back shoes, half shoes, expander segments, collets, swage assemblies, female ball dies, a solid flare/flanger tool, and an O-ring maintenance kit. You'll have everything you need to tackle a wide variety of tube fabrication tasks right out of the crate.
Package includes: 3", 4", and 5" radius bending dies in sizes ranging from 1½" to 3" • Back shoes and half shoes for each size • Expander segments for tube expansion from 1½" to 5" • Collets for secure clamping during end finishing • Swage assemblies for professional tube reductions • Female ball dies for creating ball ends • Solid die flare/flanger for 45° and 90° flares on 1½" to 3½" tubing • O-ring kit for routine maintenance.

Warranty of Ben Pearson Products
This warranty is made for the exclusive benefit of the original owner and is not transferable. There is no other warranty applicable to Ben Pearson PRODUCTS, and no representative has any authority to make any representation, promise or agreement except as stated in the warranty.
One year warranty *
For one year from the date of invoice the Ben Pearson will repair the bender if found to be defective in material and workmanship without cost to the purchaser. Following the first 90 days from the date of original invoice, replacement parts are shipped from the seller to the purchaser freight collect. Return parts are shipped prepaid to the Ben Pearson. In effecting such repairs, the Ben Pearson may at its election, repair or replace any part which it finds to be defective. Tools and dies are warranted for a period of (90) ninety days against defect in material and workmanship.
* During the first 90 days from date of original invoice the Ben Pearson will pay freight charges for replacement of defective parts.
