The swager end accommodates 1" to 3" tubing, while the expander end allows for expansions from 1-1/4" to 4". With the bull's-eye expanding system, you can dial in precise expansions every time, ensuring perfect fitment for slip joints, collectors, and transitions.

Constructed with rugged I-beam construction and featuring an agricultural main cylinder, the Model 3012 is engineered to withstand the demands of high-volume fabrication shops. Front swivel casters provide easy maneuverability around your workspace, while the integrated deluxe tool tray keeps your tooling organized and within reach.
The bender operates on 220 volt, 60Hz power and is available in both single phase (requires 30 amp service) and three phase (requires 20 amp service) configurations. High voltage and high speed options are also available to meet specialized production needs.
The Model 3012 uses Ben Pearson tooling, giving you access to a comprehensive range of bending dies and tube forming tools. Choose the tooling package that best fits your needs—bending dies are available for both round and square tubing applications. Tooling and dies are sold separately.

Warranty of Ben Pearson Products
This warranty is made for the exclusive benefit of the original owner and is not transferable. There is no other warranty applicable to Ben Pearson PRODUCTS, and no representative has any authority to make any representation, promise or agreement except as stated in the warranty.
One year warranty *
For one year from the date of invoice the Ben Pearson will repair the bender if found to be defective in material and workmanship without cost to the purchaser. Following the first 90 days from the date of original invoice, replacement parts are shipped from the seller to the purchaser freight collect. Return parts are shipped prepaid to the Ben Pearson. In effecting such repairs, the Ben Pearson may at its election, repair or replace any part which it finds to be defective. Tools and dies are warranted for a period of (90) ninety days against defect in material and workmanship.
* During the first 90 days from date of original invoice the Ben Pearson will pay freight charges for replacement of defective parts.
