Transform your QuickJack 5000TL or 6000TL Series portable lift into a versatile lifting solution capable of handling vehicles with staggered jack points, kicked frame rails, and challenging undercarriage access needs. The QuickJack Crossbeam Adapter (Model 5215865) gives your lift system capabilities similar to a traditional two-post lift, allowing you to position adjustable lifting pads precisely under manufacturer-recommended lift points while leaving your entire undercarriage completely unobstructed for maintenance and repairs.
Many vehicles present unique lifting challenges that standard QuickJack placement can't easily solve. Staggered or uneven lifting points are common on sports cars and performance vehicles, while trucks with kicked frame rails require specialized positioning to reach safe lift points. Although you can lift these vehicles by placing your QuickJack sideways under the chassis, this approach often obstructs critical areas of the undercarriage, making routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, transmission service, exhaust work, and suspension repairs difficult or impossible to perform safely.
The Crossbeam Adapter Set eliminates these frustrations by allowing you to reach all of your vehicle's recommended lifting points from front to rear while keeping your undercarriage completely free and accessible. This professional-grade adapter system gives you the flexibility to work on virtually any car or truck with confidence, knowing you're lifting safely at manufacturer-specified points.
The Crossbeam Adapter positions contact pads precisely under staggered or offset lifting points, common on many vehicles.
The 65-inch crossbeam fits securely into the lifting trays of each QuickJack 5000TL or 6000TL frame and features a precision rail system that allows special contact pads to slide smoothly along its length. This innovative design makes it simple to position pads exactly at your vehicle's recommended lifting points, whether they're close together or widely spaced.
Both the lower base feet that sit in your QuickJack trays and the upper contact pads are fully adjustable along the crossbeam rail. This dual-adjustment capability lets you position your QuickJack frames anywhere along the 65-inch span, giving you complete control over pad placement to match your specific vehicle's geometry. Whether you're lifting a compact sports car or a full-size pickup truck, the adapter system adjusts to fit.
An added benefit: the Crossbeam Adapter Set adds an extra 4.75 inches of clearance height to your lifting system, giving you additional working room underneath your vehicle for improved comfort and accessibility during maintenance tasks.
This comprehensive adapter set includes everything you need to transform your QuickJack into a more versatile lifting system. The kit comes with a crossbeam weldment, two sliding base pad assemblies, two sliding lift pad assemblies, two base height adapter assemblies, and two round lift pad adapter assemblies. The custom contact pads are specifically designed to work with the crossbeam system, providing stable and secure contact with your vehicle's lifting points.
With this complete adapter set, you'll have the confidence to tackle any lifting situation safely and efficiently. From vehicles with difficult-to-reach jack points to trucks requiring precise frame rail positioning, this accessory quickly becomes an essential tool in your garage.

What's the difference between the Crossbeam Adapter for the 5000 series vs. the 7000 series?
The only difference between the two versions is the height of the lift adapter pads. Since the 7000 series lifting trays are slightly deeper than the 5000 series trays, the 7000 series adapter uses taller lift adapters to accommodate the difference. All other specifications—including crossbeam length, pad dimensions, and adjustment range—are exactly the same. This model (5215865) is specifically designed for 5000TL and 6000TL Series QuickJack systems.
