Quality Stainless Products manufactures a complete line of channel covers for electric, hydraulic, and air lines that conceal and protect service lines running on the shop floor. Constructed from durable 12 gauge steel, these floor channels feature pre-punched anchoring holes for easy installation and come powder coated in safety yellow for maximum visibility. Black finish is also available upon request (additional lead times apply).
The system is offered in two heights — 1" and 1-½" — to accommodate different service line configurations. Available components include T-sections, L-sections (90°), 48" long straight sections, and union connectors like the FC-150-U, giving you complete flexibility to design a floor protection solution that fits your facility's exact layout.
