The BT3300 is powered by a 2 HP (1.5 kW) motor that operates on 110V, 60Hz, single-phase power, making it easy to integrate into any shop with standard electrical outlets. The power cord is included, so you can start lifting as soon as the table is assembled and ready for use. The hydraulic cylinder operates at 3,626 psi (25 MPa) and uses a 1-gallon (4L) hydraulic oil tank filled with ISO 32 (3L) non-detergent hydraulic oil. This combination delivers smooth, reliable lifting and lowering action across the full range of motion, ensuring consistent performance under demanding shop conditions.
With a full stroke time of 45 seconds and a full descent time of 55 seconds under rated load, the BT3300 offers efficient cycle times that keep your technicians moving and maximize productivity. Lift and lower speeds may vary based on load weight, ensuring safe operation across a wide range of applications from lightweight components to heavy EV battery packs.
Simply plug into any 120V outlet and you're ready to work—no complicated wiring, no need for three-phase power, and no delays waiting for electricians. The BT3300 brings professional-grade lifting capability to your shop without the infrastructure headaches.
The BT3300 features a collapsed height of 29.53 inches (750 mm), making it easy to slide under vehicles and loads with minimal clearance requirements. The platform length adjusts from 68.54" to 81.34" (1,741-2,066 mm), and the platform width is 31.5 inches (80 mm), providing a versatile work surface that adapts to different load sizes and configurations. The deck length measures 59.06 inches (1,500 mm), and the overall length is 116.38 inches (2,956 mm), providing a stable footprint for heavy loads and ensuring safe operation even when fully extended.
A 1.77-inch (45 mm) platform adjust height allows fine-tuning for optimal load alignment, and the 6° tilt function enables precise battery positioning and controlled load manipulation. The base height is 8.07 inches (205 mm), and the wheel diameter is 7.87 inches (200 mm), ensuring smooth rolling, excellent ground clearance, and easy navigation across shop floors. The shipping weight is 1,900 lbs (850 kg), reflecting the heavy-duty construction and durable components designed for demanding shop environments and long-term reliability.
These generous dimensions and thoughtful engineering ensure the BT3300 can accommodate a wide variety of electric vehicle battery packs, powertrain components, and heavy automotive parts with the stability and capacity your shop demands.
Safety is a top priority with the BT3300. The lift table is equipped with a safety limit switch that helps prevent over-extension and ensures controlled operation throughout the lifting and lowering cycle.
