Atlas® Automotive Equipment ATTD-414/414A 24" Front Extension Kit
The Atlas® ATPK-41401 Front Extension Kit is the professional solution for lifting longer wheelbase vehicles on your Atlas® ATPK-414 or ATPK-414A four-post lift. Purpose-engineered to add 24 inches of runway length to the front of your lift, this heavy-duty extension kit transforms your existing four-post lift into a versatile platform capable of handling extended-wheelbase trucks, vans, SUVs, and specialty vehicles with confidence. Weighing in at 300 lbs of solid, robust construction, the ATPK-41401 delivers the strength and stability demanded by busy professional shops and serious home garage enthusiasts alike.
The ATPK-41401 is designed to add a full two-foot (24") extension to the runway lengths on the popular Atlas® ATPK-414 and ATPK-414A four-post lifts. Without the extension, the Atlas® ATPK-414A can accommodate a vehicle with a 175 1/2" (14' 7 1/2") wheelbase. With the addition of the ATPK-41401 Front Extension Kit, the same lift can now accommodate vehicles with wheelbases up to 199 1/2" (16' 7 1/2")—a significant increase that opens the door to servicing long-bed pickups, full-size vans, extended SUVs, and other long-wheelbase vehicles that would otherwise be out of reach.
The ATPK-41401 is designed and engineered to "bolt on" directly to the front of the runways of the Atlas® ATPK-414/414A four-post lifts. Installation is straightforward, allowing you to quickly upgrade your lift's capacity and get back to work. The extension is built to the same exacting standards as Atlas® lifts themselves, ensuring seamless integration, rock-solid performance, and long-term durability.
The ATPK-41401 extends PAST (in front of) the front crossbeam of your lift. This design is critical to understand for optimal use with rolling jacks and vehicle positioning. Please be aware that the optional rolling jacks WILL NOT roll past the front crossbeam. If you need to lift the front of the vehicle, make sure that the front lift points of the vehicle will be positioned BEHIND the front crossbeam.
(Pro Tip: Backing the vehicle onto the lift will eliminate the front crossbeam from being an obstacle for the front rolling jack—but will now affect the "rear" rolling jack positioning. Plan your vehicle approach and rolling jack use accordingly.)
