The Autel MaxiAlign IWA500ACT package includes the complete IWA500 alignment system, wireless tablet, and a convenient rim storage cabinet for organized accessory management. The Autel MaxiAlign IWA500 is a purpose-built wheel alignment system designed to deliver fast, precise, and repeatable alignments for professional service environments. With extensive vehicle coverage for U.S., Asian, and European models from 1975 to current production, the system features an advanced guided workflow that begins with server-based vehicle identification and continues through a comprehensive all-systems pre-scan, undercarriage inspection, and tire tread depth and pressure analysis to ensure proper alignment conditions.
Utilizing a mobile six-camera frame, the IWA500 performs standard alignment measurements such as rolling diameter and symmetry values, along with advanced diagnostic procedures including bump steer evaluation, raised-vehicle analysis, wheel-off adjustment, and MaxiToe—Autel’s innovative toe-adjustment feature that delivers precise settings and a perfectly centered steering wheel without requiring a holder. Fully portable between bays, the system reduces setup time, accelerates alignment procedures, and provides real-time feedback for faster, more accurate corrections.
The system includes a 10.1-inch touchscreen wireless MaxiAlign IWA500 tablet with Bluetooth MaxiVCI V200, four rim clamps with positioning targets, and essential accessories such as two wheel chocks, a brake pedal depressor, a steering wheel holder stand tool, an equipment cover, a tablet holder, and AC and 12V/24V power cords. It is also compatible with Autel’s Bluetooth-enabled hand-held inclinometer for Mercedes-Benz alignment applications.
The IWA500 generates detailed, validated digital alignment reports that can be saved, printed, or shared with customers. The tablet includes one year of software updates, and the complete system—tablet and cabinet included—is backed by a one-year limited warranty.
