The AR4115EAO features a comprehensive alignment rack package that includes two 7,500 lb. rolling jacks, an internal airline system for dual rolling jack operation, flush mount stainless steel turning radius gauges, rear slip plates, multi-position work-steps, and automatic wheel stops. Internal to the lift, UHMW encapsulated slide blocks ensure smooth, quiet operation and extended service life. The lift raises vehicles to a maximum 78-inch rise height in approximately 85 seconds, powered by a reliable 2HP motor (208v-230v, 60Hz, 1Ph). Three-phase electrical power is available as an option—please specify at time of order.
Recessed stainless steel turning radius gauges provide accurate readings for precise front-wheel alignment measurements, including caster, camber, and toe-out on turns. Rear recessed free-floating slip plates offer a wider range of four-wheel alignment capabilities, making this lift a true alignment powerhouse.

The included 7,500 lb. capacity Rolling Jacks for the 4115 Series four-post lifts feature air/hydraulic operation and come complete with (4) 3" stack adapters. Each rolling jack features adjustable width, low vehicle drive-over clearance, stackable height extensions with built-in storage rack, and factory-installed and protected filter lubricator and regulator for reliable long-term performance.
Flush Mount Stainless Steel Turning Radius Gauges
The stainless steel turning radius gauges included with the 4115 Series four-post alignment lifts are essential for front-wheel alignment work. These flush-mount gauges measure how many degrees the front wheels are turned left or right—critical for accurately measuring caster, camber, and toe-out on turns. Their recessed design and durable stainless steel construction ensure accurate readings and long service life even in high-volume shops.
40230E Internal Airline Kit
The included 40230E Internal Airline Kit provides air supply for dual rolling jack operation on 15,000 lb. capacity four-post lifts. This integrated system delivers compressed air throughout the lift structure, allowing both rolling jacks to operate simultaneously without external hoses cluttering your workspace. The kit is specifically designed for the 4115 Series standard-length four-post lifts, ensuring seamless operation and a clean, professional appearance.
